We are getting ready to sell our house, so we needed several relatively small tasks taken care of, including painting, toilet work, and some electrical issues. Instead of calling around and getting comps for each specialty, I decided on hiring a handyman who could (hopefully) do it all. I found Ethon via Yelp after he responded to my quote request in less than 15 minutes. I called him right away and he offered to do a walkthrough the next day in order to get me a quote ASAP. When he arrived at the house, he was professional, polite, and friendly, like a brother who happens to know his way around the house. No more than 48 hours went by before he messaged me his quote.

It took a couple of visits before he completed all of the jobs we negotiated due to the electrical issue that needed some serious troubleshooting, but Ethon was happy to come back until the job was completed to his liking. We love the results.

Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. Not only was the paint professional and our lighting fixed, but I feel like we also made a friend out of this. Ethon is all about customer service without making you feel like a customer.

Ethon was so professional, efficient and thorough. I had an issue with my dishwasher. He was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes. I could tell he had the knowledge of my appliance. That is important to me. I tend to hover and ask questions and Ethon was so kind to answer my questions. I also want to stress how safe I felt. In a time of a pandemic, Ethon wore a mask in my house and gloves while working. I appreciated Ethon recognizing our health importance.
Not only was Ethon professional, Ethon was very fair with price. That is also extremely comforting to me.
