Our furnace had been acting up for the last several weeks, so I finally pulled the trigger and requested some quotes here on Yelp. This business got back to me within minutes of my request and they were really easy to talk to - they scheduled someone to come out on Friday for a free consult and were quite responsive through text. Justuce and Dylan were polite, thoughtful, informed, and thorough of their inspection of our furnace. They showed me scope footage of the issues (rust and pin holes!), and their thoughts on our current set up, and what we might consider if we were to move forward with a new furnace. Based on the the video and overall issues we were having, we opted for a new furnace. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase, and we chose a really good mid-range model.

Our install was yesterday - Dylan and Brent took a lot of care with our install. They were on time, thorough, polite, informative, and they did a great job. Dylan did a final walk through with me once installed, what types of filters to use, and answered my questions, and they were on their way.

I felt the price was extremely fair and the work was very thorough. We are very happy with our new furnace - we noticed such a big difference in the level of increased heat (especially in our basement) at the same thermostat temp almost immediately. I spoke with Phlisha this morning who was SO nice and she set up our one week follow up, just so that they can ensure everything is working properly.

I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. Their high level of competence, quality of work, attention to detail, price, and customer service are all really outstanding on every level.

TradeWorks was great to work with. My technician, Jeremy Rawlings, and his partner, who replaced my old water heater, were superb. Great communication, quality work and very fast. I got three estimates and TradeWorks was the best in terms of price as well as the quality of the water heater they installed. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back for any future plumbing work.

I cannot recommend TradeWorksNW enough! I called them on a Wednesday morning and they came out the same day. Justuce spent two hours cleaning the furnace to get it running again. He showed me pictures of the unit and went over repair options versus purchasing a new unit. Knowing that the homebuilder used subpar materials when building this house, I opted for the new unit. Justuce came back Friday with a new unit. Apparently, the builders put the furnace in the attic and then built around it because the old furnace didn't fit through the attic opening to get the unit out. This was more work than I'm sure Justuce had anticipated but he made some cuts was able to get the old unit out and the new unit in. TradeWorksNW kept me updated on each appointment and sent text messages when Justuce was on his way. He was the utmost professional! He kept me updated every step of the way and made the entire process painless. Repairing or replacing a major piece of equipment in your home is always a stressful process. You're wondering if the company you choose is reputable, if they'll try to rip you off, or perform services that you don't really need. I cannot stress enough, if you need furnace work, TradeWorksNW is the place to call! Maybe you'll be lucky and they'll send out Justuce. 10/10.

TradeWorksNW was the only company that had same day, after hours availability to diagnose the heating issue in our home. The problem was apparently caused by our old water heater and we did not order any more services from TradeWorksNW at this time, but we do appreciate the technician's expertise and the fact that he was able to come same day.
