I needed a Moen Flo shut off valve installed in my house and TradeWorks responded within a few hours to schedule an onsite visit. We had Jeremy as our plumber technician. The work was very well performed. He and his assistant were professional and extremely easy to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of our home and our sleeping baby. They were willing to teach me about my mini split, walking me through the diagnostic process and explaining the inner workings. They also gave me pointers on maintenance, warranty eligibility, all the ins and outs.

In the process of diagnosing, they explained that their technique might give me a short term fix that would allow me to defer the part replacement until the problem happens again, maybe next season. It ended up working, and I got relief from my A/C problem for a very low price.

I highly recommend TradeWorksNW for any HVAC repair and installation. They are efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Their staff are prompt in communication.

I had a problem with my old electric furnace relay. Last time when I called another company without doing any thorough diagnosis they straight away tried to sell me their new system. I declined and then asked TradesWorksNW on yelp. They are very active and responsive. Phlisa, the manager, was super quick in response over yelp and got me scheduled. They aren't the cheapest, their minimum charge is higher than others. But they are not the salesperson and would actually technicians. Justuce is super nice guy and very patient in answering all my questions. He identified that it's a relay and then he agreed to use parts bought by me to install. He came next time replaced the relay, during replacement he also found that one of the heating element was bad and given the age (24 year) of furnace he told me it'll be better to replace without forcing the sales pitch. I was comfortable to ask him for quotes, which he did and the price were reasonable based on my last time quote.

After the relay replacement on that evening again heating stopped and I messaged on yelp. Phlisa immediately responded and got me in touch with Justuce even though it was evening like 7pm. Justuce said he is ok to come and take a look but given the previous diagnosis he said mostly it's the heating element which failed. I said it's not an emergency and I have space heaters. I asked them to replace the system and how soon can they schedule me and over the yelp message late evening they could schedule for two days later on Thursday. Feb 6-7 2025, the snowiest day of 2025, they came and worked efficiently and got me all setup for new heat pump installation. Given the time sensitivity I didn't get many quotes as I'd have in normal circumstances but I was comfortable with their quotes and talking to colleagues I found this reasonable if not the cheapest. Many companies don't even take calls after office hours and this one I was texting after evening and they respond quickly.

After installation completed on Friday evening and left again I felt it wasn't heating. I messaged on yelp and again they were ready to send someone right away and I said it's not emergency and they sent Justuce on Saturday morning. He spent two hours looking everything and set my Nest properly and when everything worked then only left. He also suggested me to get a new thermostat which can run both heatpump and aux simultaneously for quick ramp of heat and I bought and setup Ecobee on his suggestion.

Overall very happy with their staff, communication, installation. I'll be happy to recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Our furnace had been acting up for the last several weeks, so I finally pulled the trigger and requested some quotes here on Yelp. This business got back to me within minutes of my request and they were really easy to talk to - they scheduled someone to come out on Friday for a free consult and were quite responsive through text. Justuce and Dylan were polite, thoughtful, informed, and thorough of their inspection of our furnace. They showed me scope footage of the issues (rust and pin holes!), and their thoughts on our current set up, and what we might consider if we were to move forward with a new furnace. Based on the the video and overall issues we were having, we opted for a new furnace. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase, and we chose a really good mid-range model.

Our install was yesterday - Dylan and Brent took a lot of care with our install. They were on time, thorough, polite, informative, and they did a great job. Dylan did a final walk through with me once installed, what types of filters to use, and answered my questions, and they were on their way.

I felt the price was extremely fair and the work was very thorough. We are very happy with our new furnace - we noticed such a big difference in the level of increased heat (especially in our basement) at the same thermostat temp almost immediately. I spoke with Phlisha this morning who was SO nice and she set up our one week follow up, just so that they can ensure everything is working properly.

I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. Their high level of competence, quality of work, attention to detail, price, and customer service are all really outstanding on every level.
