Kevin R.Vincent and his team are amazing plumbers. They are quick to respond to messages and do high quality work. Neat, efficient and a high degree of knowledge. Vincent came in a Sunday after my basement flooded, and assessed the problem and fixed the issues the same week. You feel like you are his only customer when you work with Tradestar and Vincent. They installed a new sump pump, hot water heater after flood damage, and cleared the drain lines. I will trust him with all my home plumbing issues.
We had them install a new faucet and garbage disposal. The work was excellent and so was the service, from the owner Vincent to the technician who did the work. I would highly recommend them.
Vinny was recommended to me years ago by a plumbing supply sales rep who told me he would not recommend anyone else. After working with him and the crew at Tradestar one time it was easy to see why. Since that time I have worked with Vinny on many projects both residential and commercial and here's why: First, he is responsive and arrives when expected. Also, I appreciate his straightforwardness and his ability to communicate complicated issues. Finally, he gets jobs done. For these reasons I would highly recommend Vinny at Tradestar without reservation.
Garrett J.After the recent Nor'Easter, Our home was without power and had to relocate my entire family to a hotel for a week. Once power was restored, I returned home to reestablish some appliances. In the later evening, realized hot water heater's pilot light was out and not responding to the numerous attempts I made to reignite. After multiple references from past customers, I reached out to Vinny at Tradestar Plumbing. After I briefly described my problem, he was able to immediately rectified the issue. Patient, knowlegdeable and provides great customer service!
We needed a plumber asap. Not having heat, we called Tradestar Plumbing. Vinny returned our call and came and assessed the situation right away. He fixed the problems causing our no heat situation and then some. He repaired our boiler which now runs like new and repaired/replaced 2 of our aging pumps.
We are very satisfied with the service Tradestar Plumbing has provided and glad to have found a company that is customer focused, honest and reliable. We will be using them again in the near future!

Ava C.We have found our plumber! Vinny was straightforward and trustworthy. We had frozen pipes and waited too long to call, which only made our problem worse. As a result, the process of the getting the pipes unfrozen took two days, two men, and some serious manual labor that involved digging a three foot hole in our yard when it was 5 degrees out! For all the work that was done, the price was more than fair and well-earned. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.
Very happy with the service, after a couple of less-than-thrilling experiences with other Pelham plumbers. Vinny returned my phone call, spoke to me about the job (dishwasher replacement and replacing leaking shut-off valves), said he probably didn't need to replace the valves, just the washers, or even just tighten the nuts (turns out- one of each). Job was less expensive than he'd originally estimated and the plumber (not Vinny, one of his guys) worked with me on a couple of other things I asked for (insulating behind the dishwasher and making sure it was as recessed as possible).
