Company Overview
Tradesman Services provides quick and respectful service since our founding year of 1993. We are specialists in cooling systems and HVAC, along with expertise in geothermal systems and indoor air quality. We cater to both domestic and industrial properties. In addition to servicing conventional systems, we are trained to handle earth-based heating & cooling, ductless mini-split ACs and more. Contact us a call!
Tradesman AC and Tradesman Plumbing began as distinct entities working together. The companies have been merged since late 2007, and are now functioning under Tradesman Services LTD.
We installed our first geothermal air conditioning systems in 1996. We have engaged in a path of ongoing training and skills improvement. Now, we have technicians certified in carbon monoxide analysis, burn analysis, ground-source installation, air distribution and assessment, along with other specialties. We are also trained by manufacturers on most of the most advanced technological developments, including Carrier Infinity, Bryant products, Mitsubishi products, Water Furnace, ClimateMaster systems, and more brands.
Josh was raised in a family-owned air conditioning firm. He is now the AC service/installation manager at Tradesman Services. He has held North American Technician Excellence certification since the year 2003 and numerous other credentials. He ensures that our team fulfill our client expectations.

Then he got equipment from his truck or shopped for it, fixed everything, and finally completed another walkaround with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I was especially relieved and pleased he could fix my 1957 toilets because I like their color and design and don't want to have to replace them.

Michael C.Several years ago, we needed AC work and our other contractors said Tradesman and their sister company Tradewinds are the best in the business. Tradewinds did a pressure test and found our old 1925 house was leaking badly. We replaced all the windows and doors with sealed high-efficiency units. Then Tradesman took over maintenance and replacement of our 5 A/C units. Our electric bill dropped 1/2 - 2/3 depending on the month.
Tradesman later installed a complete geothermal system at our farm.
