Really kind, humble people. I'm very happy with communication on job progress and unexpected snags. I am very very satisfied in the extra steps taken to ensure I never have to replace my shower floor again. (Builders installed wrong and was leaking to the wood frame/ house is only 4 yrs old). We only thought we had some cracked tiles but Deen recognized the signs of a compromised shower pan and warned us. It was worse than he thought but he still honored his original quote. I'm so grateful for Tradesman Home Services!

I am so disappointed. I had used Deen to do a bathroom reconstruction and he had done a good job. However, when I discovered a leak and water damage under a sink in a different bathroom that he had worked on, it took him a week to respond and give me a day/time that he would come. He didn't show up when he said he would, but said he was still coming. Eventually he quit responding, never showed up, and completely blew me off. The damage from his mistake is substantial and he didn't have the courtesy to even respond let alone fix what had happened! I am angry and disappointed that anyone could not stand by their work or demonstrate an ounce of customer service!!

Do not hire Deen Kellams or Tradesman Home Services. They do not finish their work and they do not repair cracks and leaks they created. They also don't come back when they say they will. Do not pay them any money in advance.
