I've placed 2 service calls to Trademark in last 3 months and I'm very dissatisfied with the service. The 1st time I called I had a gas leak in my tankless water heater. I was promised a technician would come out that afternoon. They never showed up despite my repeated phone calls. Called again the next morning and they finally came out.

Just placed another call with them a week ago for service that was supposed to happen yesterday Monday 6/13/2016. I was promised someone would be onsite between 8:30 and noon. No one showed up. Called at 1:00 p.m. and promised a technician would call me shortly. Again, no phone call, no visit. Called late in the afternoon - again promised a return phone call. Again, no response. Today - same thing.

This is poor service, to say the least. I contacted Trademark because my homebuilder, David Weekly, uses them and recommends using them. I'm very disappointed, to say the least.
