We had a plumber out in July to re-seat a toilet and to snake our pipes for $395 because something is backing up the system somewhere. The toilet is currently gushing to the point of flooding the bathroom instead of the previous smaller leak that was slowly bubbling out with usage. They came back out before the holiday at the cost of $123 for doing nothing except saying it's a septic issue. We had our lateral lines vacuumed and the tank pumped prior to their visit. I don't mind paying skilled workers for their skill and would definitely pay to be able to use the restroom! I can't speak to their other services, but I expect at least a thorough inspection and estimate of costs to adequately address obvious plumbing issues when I call a plumber. I don't care if it costs thousands to fix correctly. I do care about spending $500 to be in worse shape than before I called.

After moving to the area a couple of years ago, we have used their plumbing services multiple times. Always on time, knowledgeable, and does excellent work. Most recently they had to replace our water heater. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank You!

I spoke to a person on the phone, I don't recall her name. I asked for an inspection of the septic system, no explanation of the service was given. The minimum service provided from the main clean-out access of the main line to the tank, with no tank inspection No way was this made clear to me.
Only the main line from the clean out to the tank was the only part of the inspection had I know that I would have used some one else.

The last house we purchase 6 years ago, they could not find the tank access so the camera was used to locate the tank access then they pumped the tank for inspection and then used the camera to inspect to the distribution box. It cost me $900. The cost would not bother me when we are purchasing a new house and you want to avoid additional expenses down the road.

I suggest training who ever answers your phone when a customer asks for an inspection you make it clear what services will be done because that did not happen with me. And frankly I feel cheated. Had I known only the minimum was going to be done I would have paid for more services and if the company does not provide I would have taken my business else where, like I am now.
