The slowly drained sink was cleared 3 times (I was happy after the second time he ran the drain, but he decided to do it one more time as he wasn't happy with the speed of drainage haha). I had a leaking valve connection on my tankless hot water heater. I called Jesus and he picked up on the first call. He came out in less than two houses and replaced the valve for a reasonable price.

I needed to replace a garden hose that popped a hole and in the process of removing the garden hose I realized I needed someone with the right tools, so I called Tracy Rooter and immediately spoke with Jesus. I told him the problem and he came out the same day within a few hours. It is such a hot day and he never complained and finally was able to remove the hose which needed a couple of pipe wrenches to remove. He even stayed and helped me roll up the new garden hose. He's very helpful. Jesus is polite and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him and I will call him back for other plumbing jobs if needed.

Jesus is a good dude. I had a water main line into my house crack and start spraying water so I had to shut off the main valve which stopped the flow of water into my house Sunday evening. I was unable to use any water in my house at all. Jesus was able to come out early Monday morning and repair it. Not only did he repair it but he upgraded it and improved the system so that if the pipe ever leaked again I can shut off a secondary valve to stop the leaking outside while still having water come into the house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone especially in and emergency type situation.

I had a pretty significant plumbing issue that was causing sewage to back up into my downstairs shower. I called several plumbers. Some companies didn't answer their phone. One couldn't get out until Friday and wanted to charge me a fee over the phone to confirm the appointment.

Jesus answered the phone on the first call. He explained that it was a busy day, but considering the urgency, he would fit me in between 6 - 8 pm. He also told me that if he could, he would come out earlier and would call me to let me know. He ended up calling me back to tell me he could get to me within an hour. By then, I ended up finding another plumber that could come out sooner, but I appreciate the time he took to answer my call, his willingness to fit me in at the end of his busy day and his follow through to get to me earlier.

In the end, I didn't use his company, but I think he deserves a shoutout for the great customer service.

Our water heater broke down on a Friday late evening and needed help ASAP. Jesus helped troubleshoot the problem over the phone and provided steps to ensure future risk is mitigated. He even reviewed the water heater condition over FaceTime and gave us an accurate estimate. He promptly showed up next day and replaced the water heater for the a reasonable charge. I would not hesitate to call Jesus for other services.

Don't waste time calling around for a water heater. Just call Tracy Rooter! He installed all new fittings, valves in a much cleaner more assessable manner. He knows what he's doing and does it well. I was a bit nervous about all this as it's not my house. Owner will be extremely HAPpY!
