Don't waste time calling around for a water heater. Just call Tracy Rooter! He installed all new fittings, valves in a much cleaner more assessable manner. He knows what he's doing and does it well. I was a bit nervous about all this as it's not my house. Owner will be extremely HAPpY!

Very unprofessional, cancelled the appointment without even Informing! I called Jesus in the morning and fixed the appointment for 3:30pm for installing a garbage disposal. We had a water leakage and needed it to be fixed asap. I called him again at 2:30pm to tell him that I have bought the equipment and he said he can not come next Monday. On asking why, he started making silly excuses. Would not recommend such a person who can not hold to appointments.

Called Jesus to fix the leak on the main pipeline and asked him how much would charge me. Jesus said that he needs to see the problem first before he can give me a quote. We had a slow leak in our shower that needed to be fixed, quickly came to give us a quote. Since we had to get it fixed we had them replace the shower head and handle to be the same color. Tracy rooter was great! Crew helped me fixed my drain issue in the master bath. They explained to me the problem, gave me two options to resolve the issue, and after the work was all done, he explained how everything will work now! He snaked my drain and installed a Y pipe to prevent the issue from reoccurring. The work was done in 2 hours. Speedy and efficient! I'd recommend them all day long!

Our water heater sprung a leak overnight. Our plumber we normally used retired so I decided to get on yelp and send out a request for plumbers.
Tracy rooter responded right away and had two technicians at my door at 8am the next morning.
They gave a very reasonable price to install a new 50 gallon water heater, but we decided it was time for a tankless water heater. Jesus gave me a price I couldn't say no to ,explained to me the pros and cons of a tankless water heater. With Tracy water so hard we had the guys install a water softner as well.
The guys were great to work with, very polite, awesome personalities and hard working guys.
We had hot water in just a few hours, they actually left my garage cleaner than what it was before.
We were really impressed from the office staff to the guys doing the work. I will definitely be using these guys for all our rental properties and referring to our friends and family. You guys rock thank you Tracy Rooter!
