Once again, they don't disappoint! There aren't enough boxes to put the amount stars I can rate. I give it 10 stars. CARLOS is just awesome! He is professional, humble, accurate, courteous and knowledgeable. We had an emergency plumbing need again and it was New Year's Eve. It would've been extremely costly to get someone to come out on a holiday. My husband and son were able to repair the problem briefly until CARLOS was able to come the next day. My husband and I trust and recommend this company for all our plumbing needs. We look forward to having them do the plumbing for our upcoming bathroom remodels. Continuously happy customers!!

Out toilet backed up and the plunger could not solve our problem. I called Carlos at Tracy Rooter and he was at our house about an hour later. He gave me an estimate up front and quickly solved our problems by snaking our main sewer line. Toilet flushes as it should now! Would definitely recommend.

We had a huge issue with our water heater the day we (my family and I ) were heading out of town for Thanksgiving. We turned off the water heater and figured it was acting up and would be fine by the time we came back. Well, it turned out to be a recall on the pilot started and called the manufacturer for parts to arrive. 5 days later, and a few cold showers later, we couldn't take it. Called Tracy Rooter on a Saturday. Thinking one, it's going to be pricy, busy, and won't be out until next week. WRONG! Anwered our call and came out hours later. Replaced our water heater. Plus, put it up to code. The last time we replaced it, they didn't replace pipes and tubes. My goodness, we wouldn't have asked for a faster service then is. Very polite, explained step by step on what they were doing. I am extremely pleased with the job they did! Would recommend Tracy Rooter to everyone!!! The price was great! The service was excellent! What more can I say!

Tracy Rooter, I'd buy far my favorite plumbing company out of all the houses I've bought. Very respectful, super aggressive with availability. Literally called last night about a line that broke in my house and before I knew it fixed. He even went above and beyond to fix things I didn't ask for! Amazing crew. 10 stars out of 5
