I was apprehensive about selecting a plumber and tried to connect with several other businesses in the area . Jesus stood out with his professionalism and prompt response . He arrived on time and took care of our needs efficiently while taking the time to make sure he did an honest and thorough job. We will be using Tracy Rooter for ALL our future plumbing needs . Jesus is a good dude. I had a water main line into my house crack and start spraying water so I had to shut off the main valve which stopped the flow of water into my house Sunday evening. I was unable to use any water in my house at all. Jesus was able to come out early Monday morning and repair it. Not only did he repair it but he upgraded it and improved the system so that if the pipe ever leaked again I can shut off a secondary valve to stop the leaking outside while still having water come into the house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone especially in and emergency type situation.

I had a pretty significant plumbing issue that was causing sewage to back up into my downstairs shower. I called several plumbers. Some companies didn't answer their phone. One couldn't get out until Friday and wanted to charge me a fee over the phone to confirm the appointment.

Jesus answered the phone on the first call. He explained that it was a busy day, but considering the urgency, he would fit me in between 6 - 8 pm. He also told me that if he could, he would come out earlier and would call me to let me know. He ended up calling me back to tell me he could get to me within an hour. By then, I ended up finding another plumber that could come out sooner, but I appreciate the time he took to answer my call, his willingness to fit me in at the end of his busy day and his follow through to get to me earlier.

In the end, I didn't use his company, but I think he deserves a shoutout for the great customer service.

Our water heater broke down on a Friday late evening and needed help ASAP. Jesus helped troubleshoot the problem over the phone and provided steps to ensure future risk is mitigated. He even reviewed the water heater condition over FaceTime and gave us an accurate estimate. He promptly showed up next day and replaced the water heater for the a reasonable charge. I would not hesitate to call Jesus for other services.

Don't waste time calling around for a water heater. Just call Tracy Rooter! He installed all new fittings, valves in a much cleaner more assessable manner. He knows what he's doing and does it well. I was a bit nervous about all this as it's not my house. Owner will be extremely HAPpY!

My water heater recently stopped working. I called Tracy rooter after hours they respond to my call. They came next morning. Assessed the unit, replace it at a very reasonable price. Their work is magnificent ,Jesus the owner very professional very friendly. I highly recommend them. My water heater.

I highly recommend Tracy Rooter! Jesus and Carlos responded quickly, identified the problem, and installed a new main sewer line in just a couple days. They were very professional and communicated extremely well throughout the process. You can't go wrong with Tracy Rooter.

Very unprofessional, cancelled the appointment without even Informing! I called Jesus in the morning and fixed the appointment for 3:30pm for installing a garbage disposal. We had a water leakage and needed it to be fixed asap. I called him again at 2:30pm to tell him that I have bought the equipment and he said he can not come next Monday. On asking why, he started making silly excuses. Would not recommend such a person who can not hold to appointments.
