The kitchen sink backed up while fixing dinner on Christmas Day! I messaged Amanda the next day about the problem and I told her it could wait until Monday. She sent out 2 fellows that were very polite and they got to work right away. It was a big grease clog and it took about and hour of hard work and drain cleaner to open it up. I'm very satisfied. Thank you so much.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They were supposed to come fix a problem with my kitchen sink and never showed up! My home warranty is the one who selected this provider. We have been calling and leaving messages for 4 days now with no response. They won't even answer our calls! Now they tell the home warranty they can do it. No thank you! You made the first appointment (almost a week out that we waited for then never showed up). I'll take my luck with someone else. Would definitely not recommend!

Unlike the previous comment we had an excellent experience with T & R Plumbing and I highly recommend them.

I have the same warranty company as the other comment and they originally sent Ben Franklin plumbing who never fixed the issue on two separate issues. They last told me we would have to break up concrete in the basement and refit the pipes and it would cost thousands of dollars. T & R Plumbing was able to fix all of the clogs in our drains and they did it in under 2 hours.

They did not ask for or require a fee on their first visit to us. They came and saw what the issues were and told us when they would come back to fix it. They showed up early. They don't want to rip you off and keep you updated with what they find while they are working. They also give you a detailed report when they are finished.

T & R Plumbing and Drain is a family run business. They are straightforward and will not try an rip you off. They geuinely care and I know they took care of our issue(s) in an extremely efficient and professional manner. Thank you for clearing our drains and for your excellent customer service.

Our toilet and tub drain was in not draining like it should be and eventually ended up leaking down stairs. Okay so my wife and I called our Home Warranty Insurance for what we thought would be an simple and easy issue. They called this company and the plumber called us and said he wouldn't be able to make it out until the following day. No big issue we can wait. We can figure out how to adjust 8 people to use the bathroom that we have. He showed up at the time he said he would. He looked at the ceiling down stairs and the looked on the other side of the wall that was opened. He then wanted to look at the bathroom where the issue was. When he got up there he asked who was going to have to pay the trade fee and I told him that I would take care of that. He looked at the tub and then the toilet. He sat on the side of the tub for about 5-10 minutes and then informed us that he had no tools with him and that he would collect the trade fee when he would come back the following day. At that time my wife asked him when he would come back and get it fixed he stated that he would be back sometime between 10am and 1 pm. The following day he never showed up. He canceled all appointments and my wife called him and asked him what time he would be there and he said he would be on his way in 15 minutes. He never showed and then when confronted about all this we told him that we would have to file a compliant he told us that we could do what we felt is necessary. Do not use this company as you will be put on that back burner.
