This TPM company has been a very crooked company , who has been inflating its service calls charge of $125 to my property; i did not allow TPM to proceed ; but I did get another plumbing company to do estimate and it only charged me $69 for service call. What a ripoff From TPM!!!! TPM also tried to charged me initially for water leak of $700, later it changed its mind and charaged me $850. Another vendor charged for $600. TPM is a crookEd company.

This company over charges for routine work. I had a technician service an HVAC system in a condo that required a routine flush. The technician came out in a couple of hours, was professional and was in an out in 15 minutes. The bill $250. Ridiculous. When I called to complain, they said they charge out at $125/hr INCLUDING DRIVING TIME. Most other companies have a max service call rate and others have done the same work at half the cost. TPM is listed as a preferred supplier which I am working on removing from our condo complex. Nothing preferred about this company, or their rate, DO NOT use this company. Complete rip off.

Be careful when you deal with this company. I had a water cool AC system that is broken that need to repair. This isn't your typical AC, this is a shared water cooling system AC. I got their phone number from the home warranty company. It started out pretty normal, the technician came over in two days ordered the compressor. He also gave me a quote for replacing the unit. He didn't send the quote for the replacing the unit for 5,000 because I was assured that replacing the compressor will solve the problem. It wasn't cheap repair so I wanted to make sure that I didn't waste money. A week goes by and the technician that came out the first time was hard to get in touch with. I called the company directly and they said that technician no longer work there. Nice, no one contacted me and their technician said two day earlier that he is coming back to town to start working on the AC. They had to find someone else to work on the AC. So now it is more than two weeks since the AC problem started. The tenant is trying to sue me, so I had to put her in a hotel. Despite me begging this company with the tenant problem, they took their sweet time. First time they came out to replace the compressor, the technician said they couldn't work on it. They sent the same guy out the second time, Lawrence took over a whole day to install the compressor, it didn't work. Now the tenant is even more annoyed. Great! It only took them several more trips, lot of aggravations, and finally their supervisor said he got it to work. I told my tenant the whole month of hell is finally over, they can move back in. That relief was short lived because the tenant told me that the condo unit was still hot. That didn't solve the problem. Call the company the next day and it took them a few more days to come out then they told me something else the water system is clogged told me it would cost another 1100 to fix it. I asked them, I was already told once before that replacing the compressor would solve the problem, if I pay another 1100 would they guarantee the AC to work. They said they couldn't so I would have to pay a total of 2500.00 for a chance to fix the AC not even a guarantee. How do you like that 2500.00 for a chance that it might work, no refund no credit if they can't fix it? I asked them how much it cost to replace the unit. Even after I already explained to them that this need to be urgent, the tenant is already fed up with more than 6 times they have come out and almost a month with AC not working, they took over a week to get a quote to replace the unit. By now they raise the price 3000.00 to replace the unit and then asked me what price do I think is fair and they will work with me. No apology for taking almost a month and didn't even fix the AC, no clear explanation why they raise the price 3000.00 to replace the unit, no explanation why they took so long to even give me a quote after repeatedly told me they will get a price next day or the day after. I ended up cancelling the lease and cut the tenant loose. This company did more damages to me then the entire six months worth of rent but they are more than adamant in getting paid. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them!

HORRIBLE company. 14 months ago they came into my brand new condo to snake the master shower drain. The guy didn't know what he was doing. Thought he had to remove the toilet in order to snake the shower. He realized this was unnecessary but not before making an absolute disgusting mess of the bathroom with dirt, soot, and who knows what else all over the floors. He scratched my gorgeous brand new tiles that I had only spent a month with. He left the mess behind. I had to hire a maid as I just had shoulder surgery and couldn't scrub in the way the mess required. Then, after 4 unanswered phone calls and 2 unanswered emails, the manager finally responded and came to visit to look at the scratched tiles. He promised to hire a buddy of his to fix them and then ghosted me. It's been 14 months, several more unanswered phone calls and emails. Horrible horrible horrible company.

Oversold us a tankless water heater while assuring we would have sufficient electricity to run the piece of equipment. After a string of text messages confirming we would be able to run the heater once it was installed we had to rewire the unit at a cost greater than the heater itself. The owner offered to pay for half the electrical costs, never did, and has ignored our texts and emails since. Customer service is below average, knowledge of business is poor and you will have to pay more to undo the work they did in your home. Be careful. Seek a plumber with good service, follow up and product knowledge. We have spent thousands of dollars correcting their mistakes. This company is careless and disrespectful of your home.

They have now wasted four hours of my time, provided absolutely no service, and took money from me.

Need AC service? Don't call these frauds.

It takes a lot for me to award a company with a 5 star review but TPM Services is the go-to company if you are looking for or in need for a good, reliable plumbing and mechanical services company. Vanessa, Dispatch, is always on top of scheduling and has always reached back out to me whenever their technicians are running late or behind on schedule. Jamie, if I'm not mistaken, Accounts Payable, has always been quick to send over the invoice. Chris, Rishawn, Keegan, Clint, and Carson, the technicians, have always done a good job and completed the work my family has asked them to do.

TPM does a lot of work for me and they have my strongest recommendation. Give them a call.

We purchased a house that needed some plumbing work done. Very pleased with the service I received from TPM services and the work done by Chris Farley. He stayed until everything was done and he made sure that everything was done with the highest standards. I highly recommend this company to my friends and to anyone that needs any professional plumbing jobs done.

TPM is a wonderful company. I had a leak in my guest bathroom coming from the condo above. They were able to provide proof it was not my responsibility. Rishawn and Chris were great to deal with, they showed up within 30 minute of calling and provided follow up after. Highly recommend

Terrible company website is all fake and alor. They only have two people on staff that do plumbing air conditioner side is terrible they can't even keep a supervisor the one they have on the plumbing side is not any better. They don't return phone calls nor do they do emails. They'll get around to Cheating you as much as they can as all they care about is Emptying your pocketbook out because they see dollar signs is what they see as they have to pay employees that do nothing and that will cheat you in an instant without even thinking about it how they sleep at night I'll never know but beware and stay away unless you want problems along the way! They used to run under a different name and company but that went bankrupt after cheating people out of their money.... Shows you they don't pay their bills not care about anything other than themselves
