Great service! The response time was amazing and he fixed my toilet problem in no time. It was a fair price, great customer service, and speedy fix. Other plumbers gave me an overpriced estimate without even coming to look at the problem. With this company, they came, checked it out, and charged a real price. I would definitely use them again.

Wow! Eddie from TP Rooter responded to my Yelp message within minutes. He texted me at 3:53pm, by 4:23 he had a technician (Named Eddie also) at my home. I had a clogged kitchen drain. He ran the snake down at least 60 feet to make sure he unclogged the drain. By 4:53 Eddie II was done and driving off to his next service call.

Sink is draining great! I highly recommend them to unclog your drains! Also they were super nice. Eddie II gave his advice about our drain. He also gave a month warranty for my drain service, so that's awesome. I totally recommend them.

Recently purchased a property out in Garden Grove area. Come to find out the main sewer drain was bursted and filled with root accumulation. Was stressing out due to low funds didn't have the budget to replace the section at the time.. Called eddy he came out to the property and ran his sewer camera and quickly located the damaged section. He offered me a hydro jetting service. Eddy saved me thousands of dollars and provided me with a sweet warranty for the service to back up his work.. Was blown away with the jetter service and did not realize how effective this newer technology is getting..

Eddy and his coworker came out to my home to fix my garbage disposal. Unfortunately they didn't fix it, but that was because the garbage disposal itself was defected. He even recommended me to another place to take a look at my garbage disposal. There was no charge for it and they were really nice throughout the whole process. If I ever have an issue with my plumbling system I am going to use their service.

Eddy is great! very experienced, not only solved the problem, but patiently explained what caused problem and what is right way to do it. compared with other rooter we used for same washer drain clog two months ago, it is unbelievable.

I called in the morning and expect they will arrange time to come maybe next day. But Eddy could come in the same day. they inspect with video and cleaned with hydro jetter, and the charge was very reasonable, also provide TWO year warranty!

Calling them was the best decision I've ever made. I was having a stoppage at my home where every time I washed clothes, the water would come up in our front bathroom tub, and every time I showered, the water would pool up in our back restroom shower. Originally, we had tried going through our insurance and they assigned a different company that said it would be $250 to possibly fix the problem. Then i found TpRooter and had the pleasure to speak with Eddie(seriously the nicest guy). He was able to come out the next morning(per my request) and was able to fix our problem for only for $99! If you are looking for friendly, fast, quality work, I highly recommend giving them a call! I know we will be keeping their number on our fridge for any of our future plumbing needs! 5 stars much deserved!
