Another five stars for Eddy and his team! They came out on time today to fix a cracked main line due to roots. They finished the job two hours earlier than estimated, explained every step of the process and even installed a two-way cleanout. A job like this would've costed us around $6K with bigger companies. But we paid a fraction of that cost. Thanks, guys!

Needed a kitchen sink drain cleared. TP Rooter was the fastest to respond, the most helpful and transparent communicator, gave me a clear price ($49 with accessable cleanout, $99 if need to go through p-trap or roof vent). I got a next-day appointment and Eddie great, took care of it quickly, cleanly. Will use again, definitely recommended.

I called very early in the morning and they were able to accommodate the urgency of the job ASAP. From the time I had called and to the time that the plumbing was fixed, it took no more than an hr. Given the plumbing job was within 5 miles, but I called other rooter places and they just gave me a 3 hour window in the late afternoon. These guys are great and work really hard to make sure the plumbing is fixed!

Highly recommend. I would give 10 stars if I could. Called on a Saturday morning and Eddy was out in less than an hour. He spent quite a bit of time here, explaining everything as he went along. Unfortunately he was not able to fix the issue as it turned out not to be a clogged drain, however he gave me another referral and didn't charge me. That's unheard of nowadays, especially considering he was out here for a couple hours; climbed up in roof, and tried snaking two different drains. I will be calling them if I ever have any other plumbing issues.

I called them this (3/23/2019) morning at 915 and happened to reach them right between jobs, they were able to come out right away and fix my sink, which I accidentally clogged late last night. They came out quickly, they were good with my dogs, and they fixed the problem quickly for a very reasonable price.

I'm super happy with their service and their demeanor and I would definitely have them back out for any future problems...just hopefully not too soon.

Fast, professional and thorough. What more could you ask for? Eddy and his crew responded and arrived within a couple of hours and the problem resolved in less an hour. When you have a houseful of visitors this is important. They were honest about the services provided and the cost as well as about options for the future to prevent further issues.

Had both my showers clogged since last night. Found TP rooters on Yelp and give them a call early in the morning. Eddy answered and told me he would be over within 30 mins. Him and his team showed up and got to work. They showed me on the camera I had roots in my main line. They unclogged my drains and we went over options and cost. Definitely giving Eddy a call back once I have the funds to do the work.

I contacted TP Rooter via yelp message late at night after I discovered both bathrooms had clogged drains with water coming up from the drain. I Traded a few messages back and forth, even at 2am. Eddy said he could be out early in the morning. I called Eddy at around 8:30am. He was a on another job however showed up with his crew about 30 minutes later. Main line was snaked from the roof and all was fixed. I Was very happy with the service but most importantly the timing of getting the drains unclogged as I have a house of 3 infants/toddlers. Eddy came through!
