Eddy has an awesome attitude. He's honest, timely, and very helpful. He isn't afraid to provide advice and because he's going the extra mile, I give him and his service 5 stars.

They company has all the tools to handle clogs of different severities and he'll help walk you through the process of troubleshooting and identifying the severity of the clog before he comes out so he isn't charging you for a job that you don't need.

Our main line became clogged on Sunday afternoon - about the worst time possible to suddenly need an immediate house call. After calling several other services to no avail, I called TP Rooter, and Eddie said he could be over in an hour or two, as soon as he finished what was supposed to be his last job of the day.

True to his word, Eddie and an assistant showed up just over an hour later, they hauled the heavy-duty power auger out of the truck, and set to work. Having the right equipment and an easy-to-access sewer clean-out in my yard, our pipes were draining properly once again just 10-15 minutes later. TP Rooter will be one of our first calls for future plumbing needs.

Called TP-Rooter early this morning around 6:00 am to see if they could snake my main sewer line. Was having drainage problems last night no toilet or showers draining. Talking with Eddie on phone he described exactly what was happening to the drains. He was already heading to another job so I ended up trying to find someone else. Around 7:30 Eddie calls back telling me he's already done with his job. So I ask him to stop by my house. I'm glad he did. He brought his bigger machine to clean out the main line. I highly recommend Eddie and TP- Rooter he is very knowledgeable, honest with very reasonable rates.

I have used TP Rooter 3 times to unclog drains and my shower, which backs up because of old pipes. I highly recommend them. They are so quick and got to my house within 15 minutes of my call this morning, so I was able to get to work on time. I called a few rooters on a weekday morning because our kitchen sink was clogged. Whereas the first one had an appointment available the next week, Eddy got right back to me and was able to come by within the hour. Not only was he fast and courteous, but there were three key reasons I completely recommend Eddy and TP Rooter:

1. You know how sometimes, the fix is so quick that it feels like a waste? Not this clog. Eddy had the right equipment and know-how. Afterwards, I was so glad that I hadn't tried to snake it myself, because I would have just wasted hours and then had to call Eddy in the end anyway.

2. Eddy didn't play any of those games about needing to rip up the slab and replace all my pipes.

3. When he was done, Eddy gave us some simple maintenance tips on how to keep the pipes clear.

On top of all that, he charged a very reasonable rate, especially considering his great work and coming on such short notice.

Can I give ten stars? Seriously. My rental unit had issues and Eddie was able to be there within an hour and still have a super fair price! He explains everything he does / did thoroughly. I say did because he did make some decisions without me but his reasoning for doing so was sound (and didn't result in excess cost). Apparently our home had horrible issues (main line clogged and the snake wrapped around / couldn't cut for awhile), and a big mess ensued. My tenant said Eddie was super nice, helped clean the mess, had a great attitude, and was efficient. Highly recommend!

Called TP Rooter on a Sunday morning! Eddy was here in 30 minutes. He not only diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately but he also explained everything I needed to know about how my system works. Amazing! Had the main line get clogged which means toilets don't flush and back up into the shower - so gross. These guys were at our house within 45 minutes of us calling at 2:30pm on a Sunday, and the plumbing was fixed within 30 minutes of their arrival.

Seriously impressed by these nice guys!!!! They were also very nice.
