If you're looking for quality, professional, reliable plumber service, don't walk but run away from TP Plumbing. Travis Phillips, the owner, and his gang of incompetent, derelict so-called plumbers run a sloppy, shotgun operation. TP Plumbing perform the bare-bone, fly-by-night minimum job, nickel-and-dime you to death, all I know first hand. They should've been FIRED months ago! I have unfortunately been a part of the science experiment disaster (aka repiping nightmare) in the Talega Village Center behind Ralph's in Talega of San Clemente, California. Sue Norman, the lunatic puppet ringleader of Tritz Property Management in Irvine, knows all too well of this epidemic, but looks the other way. Travis, on the other hand, somehow won the contract from his pals at the sub-HOA (TPMA) and proved nonetheless how the ""buddy system"" doesn't always work. He used to live in the neighborhood, but now that he's gone, he doesn't care about the quality of his jobs-- Unacceptable! His indolent, lazy goons don't tighten water fixtures creating water damage to flooring and walls; Improperly reseat toilets that leak and make noise; create leaks that blow out expensive HVAC assembly units; cannot reattach handles and faucets properly so they leak water and blow off; utilizes the cheapest materials or sometimes old parts so he can save a buck. The list goes on and on! How hard is hot or cold water?! It's a shame my pathetic sub-HOA voted to hire these bottom feeders just because they were the cheapest lowest common denominator bidder. I guess you get what you paid for but a $40 MILLION lawsuit win should mean the best of the best plumbers! I am compelled to inform the neighborhood of what is really happening. On a side note, maybe you'll catch Joey and the TP stooges wrenching on their broken down, oil-leaking, white boxed tired old work truck on your street with the hood open in the early morning? Anyways, I will be taking my business to Doheny Plumbing for future jobs that Travis messed up! What a discrace to our once upscale community.

Excellent service. Travis was very flexible with his schedule to repair a faucet for us. He was very reasonable with his quote and completed the project at the quoted price. I will definitely use Travis again.

I had Travis visit my home to fix a couple of clogs in the bathroom. He was very friendly and very professional. He even allowed me to watch the work he was doing and patiently explained the plumbing mechanics to me so I could be a smarter homeowner. I think it will go a long way in helping my home fixtures last longer.

The thing I liked the most was that Travis was very responsive. It's hard enough to find a plumber that will call you back in a reasonable amount of time, but Travis is a person who knows how to use his email and check it frequently. He would get back to me within an hour and was very flexible with my appointment time.
