We are very happy with their service. We needed them to come on a Saturday morning to take care of our sink faucet that was leaking. The plumber was there early and everything was taken care of that morning.

This company used to be good but has steadily gone downhill. Our latest visit was a fiasco. The problem was misdiagnosed and they charged us for their mistakes, even putting in the wrong part and charging us for it. They also charged a $160 trip charge which they had not done so previously. I have called the owner and asked that he call me to discuss the charges and he has not returned my call. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Called TP Howard today asking for help with water backing up. Within an hour the men arrived and began working right away. A blockage was found in the drainage line that needed different equipment to clear. We were kept informed on the status and both men worked diligently to clear the backup. They were successful and we are so grateful for their help.

I appreciated that Ed and Elijah showed up wearing a mask. They quickly evaluated the problem and explained 2 different ways to find it (my choice), and were very honest saying they saw nothing when ceiling in closet was opened. They cleaned up and vacuumed area and explained what may have happened. I would definitely call this company again.

This was my first time using TP Howard plumbing but it won't be the last. The plumber that worked on my hot water recirculating pump was excellent. His name is Greg. Greg is a very experienced plumber who knows his stuff - he has been more than 20 years experience. He is a consummate professional and very friendly and explained what he was going to do and why. He did a great job and did not try to fix anything that was not necessary.

I wholeheartedly recommend both TP Howard and specifically Greg.

Called TP Plumbing from a recommendation from Nextdoor who had similar water pressure issues. This was the second company I called and had come out. I had two issues in a recent airbnb renovation, the sink and tub water pressure was very low.

One of their associates, Jackson, came out and fixed my sink issue within 10 minutes of being there. The tub was a little more of a challenge. He did everything he could to try to remedy the issues. He went above and beyond to help solve my problem. One thing he tried, made it worse, but that just led to another possible solution.

What I thought would take an hour or two, ended up taking close to 6, but they worked hard to solve my issue. After speaking with both Jackson and the office, we had agreed on a mutually agreeable price for the work that was done. I felt it was reasonable, and felt the work completed by Jackson was worth it. I would recommend them and use them for any future needs.

I've had T.P. Howard come to my home for several different plumbing issues. Recently I thought I needed someone on a Sunday but they explained how I could avoid that extra charge and came out early on Monday instead. They knew exactly what the problem was and did the repairs efficiently. They are always on time, efficient, very professional, and clean up after completing repairs. Just an outstanding company!
