I was referred to Townsley for repairs of my furnace. I called on Monday at 11:00 AM...left a message on their answering machine. It's now Thursday at 7:15PM and I've received no return phone call. I guess business must be so good that they don't need my business. This afternoon I called another contractor...I have an appointment for tomorrow afternoon.
