I have seen this company advertise for years and finally got a chance to use them. We called because of a slight leak and toilet issue and they were at our house in less than 24 hours. From setting up the appointment with the nice lady on the phone and my wife talking to the guys that came out, this business couldn't be more professional. We also love that they are family owned. Hope we don't have any more issues but Towne Plumber will be the guys we use from now on. Great job!! You set the benchmark of great service.

Bait and switch experts. I hired them to fix a leak in my waterline. I first had to hire a Leak Detection Service for $525, which I didn't have a problem with because my line is 1500 feet long. After the leak was located they gave me a price of $650 -$850 to fix the leak, so I told them to go ahead. They dug up the pipe and had the water turned off then called me back out and said it was a 1"""" pipe, not a 3/4"""" pipe...and since they didn't carry 1"""" on their truck it was going to be $1000 more for them to go out and buy the correct pvc pipe. They justified their price by saying they could do 3 other jobs in the time it took them to do this and they would have left my pipe exposed and leaking or left my water turned off if I cancelled at that time, so I had to agree to the fee. For a 1500 foot waterline that feeds 2 houses the chances of it being a 3/4"""" line are virtually nil. Classic bait and switch artists, so I would be very wary of using these con artists for anything.

I am super impressed. I had a plumbing semi-emergency and they showed up the next day!! Vander was kind and took the time to explain to me the issues I was dealing with clearly. He did all the repairs that day and even made a trip to the supply store to complete my job. Two thumbs up from me.

Just had an excellent experience with Towne Plumber! Had a hot water heater that was leaking in the basement and Shane and his team were out in less than 24 hours. Replaced the unit, explained all they did and how to operate it.....all in under 2 hours and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services.

Was very pleased with Towne Plumber. Was very nice and pleasant upon initial phone call to make an appointment, and was right on time the day of. Was very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Was a little pricey, but all plumbers are pricey now. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately had a major leak from the sewage drain of my home. At approximately 730 in the evening I called Shane and he said he was finishing up a job and will come out tonight to help me. I never would've thought a plumber would come out for an emergency job at such a late hour but around 930 he was finishing up and I was very grateful. I would recommend Shane and Towne Plummer to anyone. He lives in the Towne Lake area and is prompt at returning phone calls.

These guys came to my house to give me an estimate. They were very nice and courteous...but they didn't seem like they were all that knowledgeable. They were on the phone with their office for like 30 minutes. Plus the quote they gave me was a little high. I couldn't believe the guy could keep a straight face when he told me. I won't be calling them again.
