I completely understand the other's frustrated with not being able to tie him down but the guy is one of the best in the business and he knows advanced plumbing inside and out. He is worth the wait from my experience and will get the job right the first time. You just have to get him to your house :-)

Unless you want to be left in the cold if your boiler goes down, I'd avoid calling Town and Country Plumbing and Heating. At 2pm on Saturday afternoon during the snowiest winter in years, my controller on my boiler decided to go south. Called John at Towne and Country and left a message. A few minutes later, John called me back, explaining he was on a job and would call me in 2-3 hours when he was done. 5pm came and no call. 6:30 came and I called John's cell to get an update. The phone rang and rang then the phone connected and then hung up. I called again at 7:30, and got voicemail. At 8:30, my wife went and bought a space heater so we would have some heat for us and our 21 month son while we slept. Sunday morning with the temperature in the house at 50 degrees, I called another company's answering service at 7am, and they were at my house by 8:30am and had the boiler back up and running by 8:40.
