Had a water heater leaking enough to produce a long trail from one end of the garage to the other.

Called early on a Monday morning. After on a short wait, Ramon came on-site and sized up the situation and began draining the heater. While waiting for the draining to complete, Ramon left and returned with a new unit and removed the old one. The new install took went quickly. He replaced the factory plastic drain fitting with a new metal pipe and valve to ensure easier maintenance. Afterwards, he tested all fittings and adjusted the chimney/exhaust inside and on the roof. Ramon cleared all the packaging materials as well.

Overall, Ramon was very respectful over the phone and in person. On site, he spoke plainly regarding what he was seeing and what he was going to do about it. He worked quickly and methodically. In the end, the total was far less than I was expecting.

Would recommend Ramon and will call again if the need arises!

I called this clown and he said he'd come to do an approximately $60 plumbing job. He was unprepared, didn't do any work and, on his way off my property he caused about $200 in damages.

Ramon is a great guy. He has been very straight with me about repairs, what they'll take, and cost. He leveled our chimney, which was leaning, installed a new storm door, and fixed a broken pipe in our yard after dark. He is very knowledgable and easy to work with.

I called Ramon on a Saturday for some urgent plumbing work and he said he was out of town and would be back Monday. He said he was unable to recommend any other local plumbers. I called him Monday and he refused to give an estimate, saying there were too many variables. This was to remove a toilet to dislodge a plastic toy one of my kids flushed. I was in the process of asking him if he had an hourly rate, when he talked over me and said that maybe Fisher plumbing could give me an estimate and then he hung up on me.

Highly recommend Ramon at Town & Country. We found ourselves with both sinks in the kid's bathroom clogged up with black sludge - still unsure what our 5 yr old put down there. Ramon was quick to reply and arrived close to the time we arranged. He is professional and courteous. He noticed the flange around the kids toilet was wet and we discovered a slow drip leak that would have rotted the floor - saved us a bunch of money. Plan on contacting Ramon to handle a larger project that we are considering with our water heaters. Great plumber.

I attempted to support this local business today. I called to get an estimated price for replacing a toilet. He told me that he does not give estimates and to call Parobeck Plumbing to get one. He added that he has a steady clientele and does not play that game.
I let him know that I'd already called Parobeck.

It's unfortunate. I was looking to have the toilet replaced as soon as possible. I really don't want to wait for Parobeck's estimator to come out.
