I had a plumber from Town & Country out 3 times for the same problem & the source of the problem was never identified, although he tried to tell me it was fixed after doing work that I question was even relevant to the problem. I had another plumber out and he knew immediately that there was a pipe leaking behind the wall under the sink. He replaced the pipe . Problem resolved in a few hours & at a reasonable cost. What is concerning to me is the more extensive damage that
could have occurred if I had not sought out another plumber &. the damage that could have been prevented if
this problem would have been caught at the get go. I would never use Town & Country for any plumbing problem.

Impossible to get them to commit to a service time. Finally got them to rod out our sewer and guess what...they forgot to reinstall the cap so when we flushed the toilet after they left, it emptied into our basement. Avoid these guys at all costs.

I scheduled an appointment for a two day window of time over a week in advance but when I called on day of to confirm they said I wasn't on the schedule. When I asked to reschedule they said the Plumbing supervisor wasn't in and the owner would call me maybe tomorrow. When I asked if I could just go ahead and set up another appointment Matt said there was nothing he could do for me. So weird....

We were referred to Town & Country by a neighbor. Even though I confirmed the appointments in advance, the company ghosted us twice. The one time their plumber finally showed up to our home, he was unable to fix simple problems with a clogged shower head and leaking faucets and made the problems worse. The caulking work he did around the sinks was substandard - in the same bathroom, he used two different colors of caulk on the sinks. Very disappointed in the low quality work and poor customer service. Do not recommend.

My parents home lost power and Towne and County were extremely responsive and quick to get the service restored.

My basement flooded and I started calling plumbers to get out there and stop the flooding. Town and Country was there quickly and I was there with the plumber for less than an hour and he said he fixed the problem. ServPro showed up a few hours later to dry up the mess. They said that the leak was still going on as they were drying things up. They said they were looking as there was water hemorrhaging out of the humidifier connected to the furnace. I called Town and Country dozens of times over the next few days. The flood was on a Sunday night. They arrived Monday late morning / early afternoon. Monday night ServPro said there was still a leak. I called over and over and I finally got through on that Thursday or Friday. They were not helpful or even seemed to acknowledge that the service they provided was ineffective and their lack of service and follow through continued to cause more damage. I called another plumber who came out and fixed the problem. Still no call backs from Town and Country. I did get billed. I call to talk to them. Nothing. They call and I tried to explain the situation. Did not hear back for months. Get a call about my bill being unpaid. Talked to reception she put me on hold for 20 minutes and talked to a man who seemed to be an owner or someone of authority. Explained my situation and experience with his service. He said the work was done and he should be paid. I told him he may have done something but that was not the problem and I had to hire someone else after trying to get ahold of his company for two or three days to fix the problem he billed me for. It is the most ridiculous situation. These guys may do good work. But I would only call them again if I wanted to waste my time and damage my property.

Non-emergency plumbing issue.
Called on a Monday (busiest day) and they had Greg out the next morning!
He was on time, courteous and knowledgable. He replaced a ""water fill valve"" and was on his way. Highly recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation!

Called on a weekend with a tankless water heater issue. I received a quick response and an appointment scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Dave came out and was highly knowledgable and very professional. He troubleshot my issue, serviced the water heater and educated me on the proper care and maintenance of it. Town & Country is now my go to plumber.

Discovered a leak on a Thursday afternoon, called T&C for help. It was a hot water line so we could function with at least cold water while waiting. Greg arrived on Friday as expected and did a *great* job of swiftly fixing our leak, as well as completing a tricky faucet replacement I had planned to call about but put off due to COVID the last several months. This is my 4th experience with T&C, had plumbers out twice before in years past, and had a new breaker box installed. I highly recommend this outfit!
