I have an auger and tried to unlog my sink myself but it would not let up. Contacted these people, first off there was a problem with the auger the guy brought, cut a piece off it to see if that solved the problem which ?!?! Couldn't even find out pipe on the outside ( we have a mobile home.) If I knew that that's the only thing they would of tried, I wouldn't of even bothered to call. Still haven't even unclogged it. Waste of my time and money. Don't hire them

Called late afternoon with a sump pump problem and was told they could come out the next day. They actually came out the same day we called and spotted the broken pipe right away. Fixed it within 20 minutes and we were charged a very fair price! Thanks so much Steven B. Awesome experience with Town & Country Plumbing! Highly recommend

I am new to the St. Joseph area and needed substantial electrical work completed on a home I just purchased. I called Town and Country after trying several with long wait times. It did take a while to be put on the schedule, but the electricians who did the work were friendly, yet professional. They did a great job and actually completed the work under the original quote which was a pleasant surprise.

The closest time frame they could give me was TWO DAYS!!! Most service companies give a specific day with the caveat that it could be bumped if an emergency call came up. They charge from the moment they get in their vehicle (regardless of where their previous appointment was) so there's really no way to avoid paying for at least 2 hours of labor even if it is something quick and easy.

Called them after hour to replace my sump pump. Greg arrived an hour later and was finished in an hour. Wonderful service. Will definitely be calling them again. After cleaning up a flooded basement all day he was a sight for sore eyes (and sore backs)

We needed to have a power and cable outlet installed over our fireplace for a wall mounted tv. This was not easy but Todd and Jason did a great job. They left after cleaning up and making sure everything worked as it should. I need some more electrical work done in my work shop and I'll be sure to have Town & Country back.

Took two days off from my job so I could be here when Town and Country scheduled us for the removal and installation of tub/shower. Upon waking up on the first of my days off they called to cancel because they decided to give their bath/shower installer a day off. Wanted me to reschedule for a day I did not have off. They had two weeks to call me to reschedule and decided my time just wasn't important to them. Ended up going with one of their competitors who came out that same afternoon and got to work immediately. Look elsewhere if you believe in hiring plumbers who keep their appointments.
