We are so grateful to Marco for coming over today to replace our garbage disposal. We called at about 9am and he was here by noon. He was professional, knowledgeable, speedy and he explained everything every step of the way. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Town and Country and Marco!

We called on a Friday evening and Jacob came out early the next morning and quickly installed the new hot water heater that we needed. He was polite and professional. We would highly recommend Town and Country!!!

Jacob has been over a number of times in the last few weeks. Had to replace a hot water heater, and work on roof drains, and more. I Highly recommend this company!!! They are fast, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. They had replaced my hot water heater 19 years ago, and thankfully there was a sticker with their phone number on that unit. We will always go to them first. They are our plumber folks for life.

Happened to see a truck drive by and needed someone to look at my toilet which worked fine but ran repeatedly (something I put off for a while). I called and got an appointment within 24 hours even though it was not an emergency. Lucky texted to let me know he was on his way and ask a few questions. Within minutes he identified the problem and had it fixed...then did not charge me...I was blown away. Will tell friends and family and anyone who needs a plumber to use this family run operation!

Town and Country Plumbing was referred to me from a handyman. He said to ask for Able, the older son for the best service. I needed my wall mounted kitchen faucet replaced, which I located on-line, shared the particulars with Able, ordered and paid for myself. He quoted me $540.00 for the labor and for 4 fittings that were very small, no more than 2 to 3 inches each. I verified the cost of these from Ferguson's plumbing supply, where Able purchased them. They cost approximately $50.00 in total. When I complained to the referring handyman that the labor charged was expensive he called Able, and got him to apply half of the original trip charge or $45.00 to his quote, making the total $495.00 Able made two trips to my house to complete the install, and charged $670.00 ! ! When I asked what cost so much his reply was ""parts are expensive"". I feel this fee is outrageous, as I watched his time to install took no more than 2 hours. Rough calculation for labor rate of: total $670 less $50/parts = $620. divided by 2 hours = $310 per hour ! ! !

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about this company! I do not know why yelp shows such low ratings because this is definitely a five star company.
On a Sunday afternoon I caught hold of a water hose on my mower and it ripped the water spigot clean off the house... water gushing everywhere. I shut off the main and started looking for a plumber. A Town & country guy lives just down the road so I decided to give them a call. Daisy answered and I told her what I did. She was the sweetest! She said ""we can't have you without water while this COVID is going around. I'll get someone over there right away."" Within an hour Jake arrived.... Super nice and friendly guy. He had to bust up some concrete to get the pipe exposed enough to weld on a new piece. He waited to make sure there were no leaks. He probably was here about two hours or less and the price was surprisingly CHEAP for an emergency on a Sunday.
Call these guys FIRST! You won't regret it!

Do not use Town& Country plumbers their work may be fine but they are very rude and I would not recommend them to anyone

It's hard to find Honest home repair contractors. We've been in our 1960 bungalow for 2 years. In that time we've encountered many surprises. Luckily Able with Town & Country Plumbing Repair was recommended by a good friend. Any repair no matter big or small, he's taken the time to come in a timely manner and save the day.
Today Marco was Awesome. A real pleasure to talk to. He was extremely professional, neat, and knowledgeable. I was introduced to Bio-Clean. Can't wait to put it to use.
Best part, the leak underneath my kitchen sink is Fixed!!! No more avoiding that part of the kitchen. Yay!
Thank you Town & Country Plumbing Repair.

I can't rave more about this company. They really know how to go above and beyond to find the issue with any toliet. They are full of great suggestions and all are friendly and kind. All my toliets in the whole house are now fixed and functioning because of them. They always seemed to be able to come the same day you called. I definitely recommend them as the company to call if you have a problem with your plumbing

Today was my first time using a plumbing service, and this group of people did such a fantastic job. Angel was very very prompt with her response. I wanted to install a new toilet, and I've actually tried contacting several plumbing services but no one was as prompt and direct as Angel's responses. Please bear with me as I go through my entire experience in this toilet installation project... because I think the details will give the entire picture of how much I am satisfied with Town & Country Plumbing Repair). Some services I contacted would not even call back, and when I asked for a quote, some said they needed to dispatch someone to get here to get the estimate and that dispatch alone would cost $50. With one plumbing company, I unintentionally scheduled a service via online, I tried to cancel the appointment by emailing and calling, appointment didn't get cancelled and they only contacted me notifying me that they were too busy to come (like, seriously???). And another company gave a quote that was nearly $100 more than what Town & Country Plumbing Repair charged.
So, with that all said, Angel was very quick to respond to my messages. There was one time when she said she would get back to me with an information that I asked for which ended up never being answered, but I was looking into other places for that answer anyway so it wasn't that much of a problem. Scheduling an appointment with her was a breeze as well. Because I was looking at other companies as well, my response was at times delayed and sparse but when I finally made the decision to go with this company, Angel was still very friendly and patient, and got the installation scheduled in no time.
Marco was the one who came to install the toilet. He was very knowledgeable, and even though the installation was estimated to take only one hour, it took him more than two hours to get the job done but I wouldn't blame him for that. Just the fact that he had to come and work without having prior knowledge of my place is a generous thing to do. He saw some other minor problems in the bathroom which I had already expected since our place is pretty old, and he even gave an estimate on repairing those issues which is ALWAYS helpful. I've had so many places that simply would not provide a quote without dispatching someone, so Marco's estimate, even if it might change in the future, is very nice to have in mind. My bathroom is TINY and Marco is by no means a small guy, but he patiently worked with it, he got the old toilet removed, and installed the new one beautifully. He even took out the huge boxes that the two-piece toilet came in. I am very grateful and satisfied with his service. I even feel bad for what I paid... almost feels like a steal at this point. I just want to thank the whole team for working patiently with me and providing just a phenomenal service. I absolutely feel much more comfortable using their service in the future.
