What a great company!! My plumber recommended them when we had a sewer backup in our bathtub. Yucky! We got an appointment the next day and their system of notification was excellent. We got texts, emails and calls on time of arrival on the day of service. Our professional, Reyes Chavez, showed up on time with his mask, and was EXCELLENT! He listened well as I showed him the issue as well as the layout of the plumbing in the house. When he determined the best approach, he conferred with me and did so at every stage. I am a realtor so wanted to know what was going to be done. He was efficient, neat, careful and creative in his solution and work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We had the best experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing! From beginning to end. I called a few times with questions before setting up an appointment and Leslie was very patient answering my questions and then managed to schedule us for the next day. My mom was very nervous even while getting a free estimate but Reyes immediately knew the issue with the plumbing was in the main line and explained everything he did. We really appreciated that Reyes worked so quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. We were happily surprised it was more affordable than expected and will make sure to have the plumbing maintenance done with Mr. Rooters to avoid any future plumbing issues.

Great service! Very prompt and reasonable! I called them to repair a leaking shower head, it turned out to be a broken valve. It was going to require cutting a hole in the drywall, John did a great job with the repair and clean up. Would recommend!

John is prompt, will come right away if you have an emergency, does excellent work, and charges a modest rate. We have been using him for several years now, and have never had a complaint. He cleans up after any work he does; he is friendly and knows a lot about his business. Give him a try

In my opinion they are too expensive,to fix my outside faucet for a 20 minute job $321, I told the lady on the phone why so much for a 20 minute job, she reduced my bill $241... seriously... WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN!!

Stephan was hired to do all of our plumbing and septic on our new build. He came across as very knowledgable and friendly. To start. But over time (and after most payments were made), he stopped answering our calls (voicemail was full), did not respond to text messages and when we did reach him, lied about when he would come to finish. He eventually showed up without letting us know he was coming, on a sunday morning and demanded final payment. When I told him we had to hire someone else to finish and/or fix his mistakes, he threatened to put a lien on our home. This is on a project he made a lot of money from, and was not only incomplete, but we had to correct several large mistakes (including making 6 holes in our finished drywall to find the problems). Whatever you do, do not be fooled by his ""charm"". We are STILL finding things that were done wrong and still hiring other plumbers to fix these mistakes.
