They were great a few years ago. But they have new owners and they are horrible. Had an appointment for between 2:30-4:30. I called at 4:10 to see when I should expect them was told they would call me right back. I called again at 4:53 and was told they didn't know, would have to call me back. I just canceled, I will take my business elsewhere.

A great company with excellent technicians! They're not happy unless the customer is satisfied! Would recommend the HV/AC folks 100%!!!!

Updating a year later: we were out of town when my mother-in-law had AC issues. We called out Town and Country on a Saturday and within 15 minutes, a technician showed up, identified issue and fixed it and got my MIL's unit running again. This is a great business I will continue to call on for my HVAC and plumbing needs. Great company.

Charges a $49 service fee just to come to your house to give an estimate on replacing a broken water heater. Pass.

My husband and I knew we were probably in for a bad experience when the guy immediately dropped the F bomb soon after walking in. (His vulgar language didn't stop there) He had on plain clothes; nothing to indicate he was a plumber other than the van in our driveway that he sat in for a long time. He also saw that we had 2 big screens in our living room and proceeded to tell us a 15 minute long story about his gaming buddies that play Destiny and his love for a particular mobile game. My husband was getting looks from me left and right (the ones expressing that I can only bite my tongue for so long). I was finally able to get him to focus on the task at hand long enough to explain to him that we have been smelling a bad smell in our bathroom that we assumed was a sewage smell. He then proceeds to use a murder scene as an example of how he was going to find the culprit of our smell. He also had a stuffed up nose, so he had to use mine and my husband's nose claiming he couldn't smell anything. He checks out the bathroom, doesn't find anything. Next, he goes under the house; says our plumbing is unusual but still didn't see anything wrong. We ended up having to sign something for him to go in our attic and up the charge to a ""Major Diagnostic"" at this point. When he goes in the attic, he looks down between the bathroom and living room wall where the toilet is and asks my husband if we had installed any fixtures in the bathroom recently, as he could see screws in the wall but said there was no smell. He then says our living room wall needs to be cut open. H first tells my husband and I to do it. We explained to him that we didn't feel comfortable, and we'd much rather him do it since he had the tools and experience. He told us that we wouldn't be able to match our wall when we repair it because of how it's made. I was a little upset because my husband and I have been doing a lot of work on this house, but I told him if that's what he thought needed to be done, then do it. He cuts a large square out of our living room wall in the exact spot where the screws were that he saw while he was in the attic and yep, you guessed it, ""no problem here"". Well, except the unsightly hole that I now have in the middle of my wall that I just paid him almost $200 to put there. Wow. Now, for some strange reason, he wants to go in the attic again. My husband says he hears banging and a what sounded like a struggle, and then a ""AH HA!"" He comes out of the attic and says that a pipe was unglued. He admitted that he didn't see why that would cause a smell, but that it needed to be glued. I then had to sign something stating that I would pay $116 for him to glue this pipe. I said go ahead, while thinking...anything just to get this guy out of my home! The smell had been masked at this point from all of the chemicals that had been poured down the drains. So, after about 3 hours of wasted efforts (would have been maybe an hour had he quit talking. Also took about 20 min to type up his report, sitting in my living room) my husband and I were looking at close to a $500 bill, which unfortunately, we went ahead and paid him. We wanted to give it about 24 hours to see if the smell went away, but the guy gives us a ""courtesy call"" an hour later and the receptionist calls us first thing that morning for a survey. By that time we realized the smell wasn't even septic related, but a dead snail in one of the 3 aquariums in our bathroom. When I later told the plumber this, he said that he didn't even notice the 3 large aquariums and that it smelled like sewage to him. (Now, remember that the guy claimed he couldn't smell anything the whole time he was here) This was Wed. I finally got the ""office manager"" to return my call Friday evening and she started out pretty loud and rude. I asked to at least be reimbursed for the pipe gluing and pointless hole in my wall that i'll now have to pay to have repaired. She said that she would get back with me no later than Tuesday. It's Wednesday... I'll update and/or change my review if I get any sort of response. :-(

Update: Well, if I was a betting woman, I'd say the owner was married to the ""office manager"" as he was very argumentative and didn't know a thing about customer service or being professional. He apologized several times for his manager's and plumber's behavior, offered to refund the $116 for the ridiculous glue job, however he won't refund the $175 for the unnecessary whole in my living room wall. He was nice enough though to give me an estimate of what they would charge to repair it, which would be $125 not including paint. But, I'm unreasonable for asking for the $175 back to have that done. The LEAST he could have done was offered to send someone out to do that, because I think some customers would have asked for a complete refund and reimbursement for wall repairs if they endured what we did that day. Would I recommend this place to friends and family? No! (Depends on which family member)

Josh at the office was excellent every time I spoke on the phone with him, and the plumber, Ed, was professional, personable and efficient while here.

They were both extremely gracious about me needing to take my daughter to school (my fault for assuming Ed would show up later in the scheduled 2-hour window). I called Josh before leaving and told him I had just seen the automated text saying that the plumber was on his way and that I was so sorry that I had to step out. Josh was super nice and kept saying, ""Honestly, don't worry about it; it's fine"". Ed was sitting outside my house when I pulled out and when I apologized profusely, he just said, ""Take your time. Be safe"". I wasted his time while he waiting for me for about 20 minutes until I returned. I was incredibly impressed by their customer service. They had every right to be annoyed and frustrated but instead were kind.

I would use this company again in a heartbeat. A previous plumber came with a terrible attitude and his only solution was to replace the toilet that wasn't flushing waste properly causing numerous clogs on an almost daily basis. Ed assessed the situation quickly and fixed the toilet properly and efficiently. I'm very pleased with this company and will recommend it heartily.
