BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Before Towers Plumbing does any work for you, get an upfront cost. They charged my elderly father $540 to replace the fill valve and flapper on his toilet. The parts cost $20 at Home Depot and it took the repairman under 20 minutes and the total charge was $540. When we called to complain about the fee, we were told they charge a flat rate for all services--the flapper was a $185 fee for parts plus installation and the valve was $286 for parts plus installation. They also tagged on a QSC, which is a service plan my father was not aware he was buying, for an additional $79. Given their standard fees they aren't a good choice for simple tasks. Be sure to get an estimate.

I made a service appointment two weeks in advance and arranged with my employer to work from home on the appointment day to meet the technician. I received several texts throughout the day with ""updates"" about the tech running late because he was servicing other calls. Finally, I received a text saying the tech was not available to show on the appointment day - at all - yet alone the 2 hours window I was asked to hold. Comcast is better than you guys.

We had Randy Smith as our technician. I couldn't have asked for someone better to work on our home. We had him install a new hot water heater. He was extremely professional and nice. I appreciated how he explained everything and made it a great experience. Thank you isn't enough. I recommend Towers Plumbing, especially with having employees like Randy.

Randy Smith is the guy you want. He was honest and fair with pricing. I live in an older home and my plumbing wasn't up to par with a brand new washing machine. Randy was out a few times to help solve the problem. It wasn't solved in one day but he came back every day until it was taken care of. He was very personable, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for my family. My family will be a customer for life due to our experience with Randy!

I live in CA, the quarantine inspired me to learn to clean out my p traps clogged by nasty teenage boys lol...... Everything was going great until my reassembly just would not work! I am more a step-by-step, manual-reading type of person, but I googled ""how does a tapered washer work in a p trap assembly""?
Terry from Towers has a 90 second video that answered my question, had a valid reason, and there was ZERO TIME WASTED on some dorky speech. He briefly introduced himself and plugged the company at the end, and if you're anywhere ear Murray UT you should use his services! Thank you so much!

It seems that Valley Plumbing and Towers plumbing are the same company?? This made it extremely confusing for setting an appointment. Once the appointment was set, nobody showed up! I waited for two hours and then called the company, they did not notify me that something had confused their schedule so they would not make it to the appointment. I had to wait an additional two hours, making it four hours total, until someone finally came. They wasted an entire workday for me! Then when they finally came, they took a quick 30 second look and quoted an extremely high price to fix one clogged pipe. I am beyond angry and disappointed with this experience. I lost an entire workday for nothing, and still have a clogged pipe. I do not recommend!!!!!!!

Andy and Matt did an excellent job at fixing my leaking ice machine. Finding other issues with my plumbing was greatly appreciated to ensure I wouldn't have any issue down the road. The new expansion tank was definitely a well needed fix. Randy was extremely friendly and was great at interacting with my little one. I would definitely recommend Towers Plumbing for their responsiveness, friendliness and easy to understand explanations of the work they would be doing. Thank you!!
