We called Mike at Tovar plumbing after having response issues with several other plumbers, including a large outfit in San Diego that supposedly has 24/7 service. Mike was super responsive and set up an appointment for our toilet that was leaking where it connects to the sewer line. He was running a little late and called to inform us and give us an update on when he would arrive. That was unexpected from a contractor and helped us plan our day. When I described the plumbing problem to other companies, they told me I would need a new toilet. Mike told us our toilet was in good shape and only needed a new wax ring and bolts. He also replaced some parts inside the tank to make our toilet as good as new. He was polite, quick, and thorough. His rates are reasonable and he saved us $100's as we did not have to buy a new toilet. We will use Mike again for any of our plumbing needs.
