Touris was subcontracted to do the HVAC in my new home. For three years in a row I had to call them in the winter because the furnace failed. The third time they sent a tech who actually knew what he was doing. He told me that on the initial install three years ago Touris had incorrectly canted the furnace to tilt inward and the condensation from furnace heater was rolling back in to the unit causing electrical shorts and malfunction in the computer board. This year the outside water spigot failed from the plumbing connection in the home and flooded my basement. When I called Touris for help he said he could schedule me for repair in a month. The Touris operation is complete nightmare, worse choice one could make in choosing an HVAV contractor.

Literally the valleys worst plumbing and heating company you could hire!
Uncertified, unknowledgeable, untrained workers, their work carries absolutely no warranty, overcharging and billing twice for the same work performed outfit!
We made the mistake four years ago of allowing them to do the plumbing and heating in our custom-built home and today we are still repairing the shady work they tried to perform!
There are many good choices of Plumbing & Heating companies in the valley to choose from, but this is certainly not one of them!

Two Touris plumbers inspected a leak in the wall behind my toilet where mold was beginning to show. They saw some moisture but no leak. As the staining and mold increased we called in Complete Restoration and their plumber found a leak from frost damage in the pipe leading to a faucet and a leak at the junction pipe leading to the upstairs toilet. We had an access port as the faucet pipe had been repaired 10 years ago. How could two plumbers at Touris miss this?

An addendum to my previous review: After I posted my original review, I received a full refund from Touris Plumbing, without my having asked for one. A classy act on their part.

We needed some plumbing done in a short timeframe. We were very happy when Touris was available to do the job. When the plumber first visited, we asked for an estimate of the cost. He said, ""oh, it won't be in the thousands"" but we ever received an official quote.

After the work was done, we received a bill for close to $4,000. Had we known the amount, we may have gone another route to accomplish the work, we trusted the plumber who indicated that we would not owe ""thousands"". The bill arrived in late July. We paid $1900 in August. Now in mid September we receive a voicemail that Touris will be placing a lien on our property due to non payment... THIS WAS NOT EVEN 90 DAYS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE and we have paid half of the amount owed.

Very poor customer service, if you are looking for a plumbing and heating company that will work with you for payment, DO NOT choose Touris Plmbing.
