Rich was fair, honest, and transparent during the assessment, and Emilio and Justin were efficient, tidy, and friendly when they replaced our water lines. They managed to minimize the impact on our property and finish early, while keeping precisely to the plan with no cost inflation. We will call TPD again.

I have been using TDP for about 3 years now and I don't think I will ever use another. When we purchase our home they came to do our inspection for us. There was a leak few other plumbers couldn't locate. Rich's staff did one thing and located in repaired the leak. We have a sump pump and it's a nightmare when you work from home with a daycare. No matter what time I call the staff at TDP is always helpful to fix and repair. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. Now my entire family uses TDP because of their integrity.

My parents called me around 9:30 PM to tell me that both of their restrooms were clogged. The water would overflow on the downstairs toilet. This problem needed to get fixed asap because they wouldnt be able to use the restroom. I went on yelp to look for some plumbers. After a few phone calls I finally got a hold of Touchdown Plumbing and Drains. They were at my parents place literally in 15 minutes. Kenny was the technician. They took care of the problem and unclogged the line and everything was good. I am glad i found this company. I am saving their number and they will be my primary plumbers if i have any more issues. I think $1,800 was overcharged, but it was dripping heavily on a Friday night, and I had plans to go out of town. Went to Home Depot and saw the new one was selling for $614. But all lines and valves were replaced efficiently, although rushed by Mexican Mothers Day.

Called them yesterday (Sunday 5/4) at about 1:15 p.m. with a leaking garbage disposal under my sink. They were out to my house within 30 minutes and fixed it. Talk about fast service!!!!!

Richard and his team did a wonderful job excavating for our 1st bathroom disaster that we called them for the 2nd bathroom disaster. Short of the long, the bathroom AND main needed replacing. Every crew member was professional, courteous and punctual. It was a nightmare going thru it, but knowing a great team led by a strong owner made us feel better.
