Rich came out and cleared our drain in an hour and provided us with a video to show us what was going on. Definitely will be using again!

Fast response. Better rates than most after shopping around. Had roots in the toilet and a blockage in the main pipe. Handled them both with ease. The roots blew my mind. They installed the new toilet I got and took the old one away. I didn't even expect that. Above and beyond. Will be using them again, but... Hopefully not for a while.

""Buy a house"" they said! Haha We had a big issue with our kitchen sink and couldn't use it because there was a break in the old pipes. Rich and his team came out and went over some options and we decided on a plan to run new lines through the exterior of the house. Mark put in a lot of hard work as well as lil Rich and the rest of the guys, cutting cement, digging, getting everything hauled away Rich was constantly checking in! We are so grateful for Touchdown Plumbing! They came out right away, and the work was done within a few days! The whole team was very professional and worked extremely hard. They are honest and thorough! We will not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs their plumbing done right!

OMG! I am so so glad I found this company though a neighbor. We had a scary clog in our home and called a few different vendors. Some weren't available immediately and some seemed unfriendly on the phone. I got in touch with Rich and he was super helpful in sending someone over within the hour! Other vendors weren't available until later that night. The technician Nate was sent over and very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked every possibility to locate the problem and fix it. He offered different options and was communicative from beginning to end. I was very happy with their service. The prices were fair and I felt better supporting a mom and pop business than a big company, which I've done in the past and have easily been quoted tens of thousands of dollars. I was then followed up by the owner Rich the next day and was blown away by how much he was looking to make sure that the service was conducted and to offer solutions for the future if things got crazy again. Most definitely recommend and will now only use them as my preferred plumber. They definitely have received a Touchdown from me! Thank you Nate and Rich!

I called Touchdown Plumbing and they were at my house within an hour!
I had 2 bathrooms backed up and out of use. Water coming in the middle of the floor. Thought the concrete floor was going to have to be jackhammered out... but Touchdown Plumbing to the rescue. It was a clogged mainline. They had it snaked and had my bathrooms up and working within 15 minutes.

I called for service on my kitchen sink not draining. It was late in the day. I was feeling frantic after trying with a plunger with no success. Rich had a tech out at my home the next morning before 7:30.
Steve was the tech. He was great. Found the problem, explained to me what it was and what he was going to do to fix it. Easy and fast. He cleaned the area up for me on the patio.
