GMR Plumbing took care of our fairly major leak (under our stained concrete as fate would have it) promptly and efficiently.. Jerry took the time to explain the issue to us and sent experienced people within hours to assess the problem and come up with the most efficient solution. We had no hot water for several days as a consequence of the leak and pooling water as we tried to figure out what was going on. When I called Jerry, he was ready to assess and resolve the problem right away-we wished we'd known to call them from the beginning! They were very reasonable in regard to cost and all of their employees were so kind, courteous and professional. Highly recommend GMR Plumbing!

This is my new go to plumbing company! I had an issue with my tub backing up and had another plumbing company out. They were here over an hour with no resolution. The guy said it may be a broken main so I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I'm so glad I did! I messaged the company late in the afternoon and Jerry responded right away! He was able to get Chad out to my house that same day! Chad was super nice and professional. He got my tub cleared up in no time at all! I highly recommend GMR!

We had a clog/backup of our main sewer line, and with a new baby in the house, we needed a quick response. Since it was after 5pm, many plumbers were already closed, or slow to respond. Gerald responded to my first message within 4 minutes and was on his way within half an hour. He was already working on the problem before most others had even responded to my inquiry. Less than two hours after I submitted my quote request, Gerald had the immediate problem resolved. He showed me the camera view of our situation (included with the work, not an additional charge), identified potential future issues, and explained what would be needed for a long-term solution. He never used any sales tactics, which I appreciate. He responded quickly, did the work, explained the situation, and was on his way. All in all, a great experience. GMR will be our first call for any plumbing issues in the future.

My sink was backed up, not pretty. I had attempted to solve it myself, but accomplished nothing but getting covered in garbage water with scraped up knuckles.

GMR responded quickly (same day) and had a fair price. On top of that they installed a clean out port under my kitchen sink to make future jobs faster and cheaper.

The guys then sent were knowledgeable and professional.

First off - I called him same day to come give me a quote and he came out as the last visit which was late and he still came. So nice about it and said it wasn't a problem - even looked at another issue I had and gave me advice about how to fix it without costing a bunch of money.
When he came out to fix my issues he went over what the problems were and found I had a 2nd issue. It took him 2x the amount of time, but he still finished both the tasks and did a wonderful job. His pricing was very fair and his work was well worth it. I would recommend him to anyone that asked me. If you need a great plumber who is honest and gets things done - Jerry will take care of it.

Jerry was super great to work with when our water heater was starting to go! He gave me information regarding warranty and numbers I could try calling to see if the heater was still under warranty. He came out a few days later and removed the old hot water heater, went to Lowes to exchange it for the new one under warranty and installed the new one. He did it all in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I would DEF recommend Jerry to anyone who has any plumbing needs. Thanks again Jerry!

Jerry was great all-around. I thought I just had a backed up sink and a broken garbage disposal. Jerry came over, took a look and explained clearly what he was going to do. He discovered that, first of all, I didn't need to replace my garbage disposal, which saved me some money (which is awesome), and second, that there was a blockage elsewhere that was affecting about half my house. Throughout the process, he explained every step and why he was doing what he was doing, and soon after my drains were flowing free and my disposal wasn't leaking. Would recommend GMR to anyone.

If you need a plumber, Jerry is definitely the guy to call! Not only did he answer my call sounding ready to go at 6:30 a.m. on Monday morning when I was frantic about a sewage gas odor permeating my entire home, he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me calming my fears and going over the possible causes. He also found time to fit me into his busy schedule and suggested we replace our drain pipe before paying him to take the toilet apart or do any expensive testing. When I told him my husband could do it, he encouraged that we do it ourselves if we can and told me what we needed to get.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and trustworthy and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand as I have no idea about plumbing! I highly recommend calling Jerry for any of your plumbing needs, and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Oh yeah, and so far, replacing the drain pipe has done the trick!
