Gmr plumbing is probably our plumber going forward. We had our sink faucet replaced and our water heater replaced. They did a great job so we had them change our shower setup too. Would definitely recommend

If we could give GMR Plumbing six stars, we would. After being gone for 9 days, we came home to a stopped up kitchen sink. After reading yelp reviews I gave GMR Plumbing an after-hours call. This was the right choice. Right away, Jerry was upfront about the cost of what may be involved so that there would be no surprises. He was also at my house in less than 30 minutes. These guys are very quick in replying to my messages. I wanted a kitchen faucet replaced so I went and got a quote from every nearby plumbing services I could find on yelp. Not only were they the cheapest, they were also able to get someone to come replace my kitchen faucet the next day and it was a well done job too.

Best customer service ever! We have one restroom at our shop and after some clorox wipes were flushed down the toilet, it was backed up and we needed someone out fast! They were amazing! There was someone out within an hour to look at it and they got us taken care of.

My kitchen sink had backed up the night before Thanksgiving and Jerry was the first to reply. Within minutes he called me back, before my own apartment complex maintenance, mind you. It was late in the evening and I had honestly expected nobody to be available with the holiday the next day. Jerry is the owner of the company and didn't hesitate to volunteer to come help my situation when all his employees were out in the field. The solution was simple, or at least Jerry made it seem that way, and I had my kitchen sink ready to go for the day of cooking that followed. I really appreciated the honest and fair pricing considering he didn't finish until close to 10pm. He was on my complex's vendor list so he was able to charge me what he'd charge them so it wouldn't be an issue to be reimbursed. The friendly and willing to help attitude was the cherry on top of great service! Thanks so much Jerry!

When I couldn't get the pilot light to ignite on my ancient gas-powered water heater, I sent the call out for help/estimates via Yelp. Jerry with GMR was the first to respond, within ten minutes. He was able to schedule Robert to be at my house within an hour. Robert spent some time trying to get the pilot to light, but to no avail. Repair was not a viable solution economically, and with the age of the water heater I decided it was time for a new one. Jerry had Robert and Austin out at my house the very next day, and a new water heater installed by lunch.
I can't say enough about how fast, fair, honest and easy this transaction went. It was the epitome of a ""clean install."" Jerry was completely accommodating and flexible, and understood/respected the urgency of the matter. Robert and Austin were quick, and thorough, very knowledgeable and were able to work within a limited space to get our heater installed and running perfectly. Everything was included in the install, there were no nickel-and-dime tactics for extra parts, and no pressuring sales tactics to up-sell me on this or that. They did provide options to add on to the basic install, but made it abundantly clear that the options were not required and that it was totally up to me with no pressure. Special shout out to Robert for being so cool with my dog Raven, who is a rescue and barked her head off basically the entire time he was there.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting GMR for any plumbing needs. I will definitely keep their info handy.
