General Contractor Robert Hashagan did a horrible job running the job. The only good that from Totally Tankless, was Dave Eader. Dave was great in all aspects of his work, running the crew, and being honest with me about every aspect of the job as it went. Robert and James, both over charged for the work, and charged extra for the work being done. There is a real good reason why the company closed. The way that the place was run, was absolutely shotty!!! When I emailed and asked about warranty work, Robert informed me that I could hire guys to fix things under warranty, and go ahead and pay for the work. No dedication to the work, no respect for the customer, and no care for the outcome. All Robert was out for, was the money. It was a insurance paying job (or it should have been) but Robert continually asked me for money above and beyond. Now I'm screwed with no warranty, as was indicated in my contract with Totally Tankless, and work that needs to be done to fix what they did.

This company is an example of a typical high price formatted ""consumer beware"" type of business model. I hired them to come out for a leak repair and potential tankless replacement of an older unit. They were very responsive with coming out on the same day, however once they knew I would not sign up for their $6,100.00 bid on a replacement unit, they charged me $420. 00 for a one hour repair. I paid it since I needed the work done. I would not recommend this business.

I had a pool overflow drain that was not working and every time it rained, I had to put an electric pump in my pool and pump out the excess water.

I called several plumbing companies to try to get an estimate for repair but as soon as I said the drain was for a pool, I was told they don't work on pool drains. (it's a simple gravity fed drain line)

I called Totally Tankless and when I explained the issue to the receptionist, she said she would have the owner call me. Once I explained the issue to Bob, he said he would send out a plumber to look at the drain.

Long story short, they agreed to fix the drain. the two plumbers Vadim and Val were very professional and polite. The quickly found the issue and fixed the drain. On the way out of my yard Vadim noticed the gate was hard to open do to it binding in the latch, Vadim took the time to adjust the latch and gate now it closes with ease. Vadim did not have to do this but did it out of kindness.

Once the drain was fixed, Richard arrived to fill the hole with cement. Richard was also very professional and polite. Richard took his time and did an excellent job finishing the cement insuring it matched the surrounding pool deck.

Overall, I was very happy with Vadim, Val and Richard's work and attention to detail and they even made sure the work area was nice and clean when they were finished.

I hope I don't need a plumber, but if I do I will be calling Totally Tankless.

Needed neutralizer for Noritz unit since was near end of life (code 92). They charged $168 to come out with quoted price of $548 to replace (I assumed this included price of neutralizer which has retail cost of $74 complete). While they were there they indicated there was a code 12 which means the unit has a weak flame and that water is not being heated properly. They said was because inlet flex line too small and needed new gas valve; they wanted $576 to replace these, so had i agreed would have cost $1,292.
Firstly, $548 to replace what is essentially a cartridge containing calcium carbonate is excessive since it took me just over 1/2 hour to do this (kit comes with instructions). I realize they have to make a living so I think their coming out price would be more reasonable plus price of part.
Secondly, there was no code 12 (I reviewed the error code history and there was only 92). Furthermore, this unit was installed as part of a fire home rebuild and passed inspection to code. The intake line and valves are to specs. So was this an error on their part or they trying to get more money for unnecessary work? Who knows but I will not be calling them again. I guess it cost me $168 to find out about this company who by the way forgot to turn the unit back on when they left.

Disappointed with our experience with this company. They claim on this yelp page that they follow COVID-19 safety protocols. One of the two folks who came out to diagnose our water heater issue didn't even wear a mask, even though this company claims they follow COVID19 safety protocols. We paid them to diagnose the issue and they gave us a quote, and we considered potentially hiring them to do the work. However, we just don't feel comfortable hiring them to do the work because if their employees lack the professionalism to follow their own company's stated mask policy, who knows what else would be lacking.

A representative from Totally Tankless called me up. He told me our tenant contracted with him to fix a leak and after they fixed it the tenant told him I would pay for it. I never agreed to any of this or had knowledge it was happening. When I said he needed to get payment from the person who placed the order The Totally Tankless rep threatened me and said he would put a lien on my house even though I didn't order any services from him. It defies common sense for Totally Tankless to take an order from someone else, do the work, then call me without me knowing about any of it claiming I am responsible for payment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY!

This place is awesome! I have known Bob for at least 11 years now and every time his workers have done great work. I got another quote from another company and Totally Tankless was thousands cheaper and a lot more stuff for me. Josh did the remodel and he was very thorough and did very nice job. I have already referred 6 other people to this company. If you're looking for great work call this company!!

Fantastic job! They really know there stuff. Quick, responsive and very knowledgeable. Would recommend for anyone struggling with water heater issues.
