I called for an appointment to get the plumber to fix my bathroom faucet, I expected the plumber to show up to do the work, instead a salesperson showed up to give a quote. The positives for this company is that the salesperson was on time, the representative who answered the phone and set the appointment was very professional and helpful. I was able to get the plumbers to come out on the same day to install bathroom faucet. The negative was that they are too expensive, initial quoted price was $1200, I negotiated down price but I would not use the company again.

INSANE INFLATED QUOTE !!!!! $495.00 to replace a wax seal and I was told if the flange was others would be more cost. I'm 58 & had a accident in April that caused severe herniated discs in my back & neck & left me with 2 tears in my shoulder & I managed to replace the wax seal & the flange was damaged so I replaced that also all by myself for $20.00 !!!! Americans robbing Americans. Sad times we live in !

Where do I begin? I submitted a request on Friday morning and received a call right away! They were ready to come out the same day, but since it wasn't urgent, we scheduled for Monday instead. The communication was outstanding--I received two updates on the ETA, which was much appreciated! DJ and Andy (the crew) arrived, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and even had the replacement part (a new toilet) with them on the truck! Within 90 minutes of their arrival, I had a clear diagnosis and a new toilet installed. The crew took the time to explain my options, walked me through the product, and answered my many questions with patience and clarity. I feel that I was charged a very fair price for the service - and the product provided. The team was polite, professional, and FAST! No one wants plumbing issues, but when you have a team as amazing as Totally Hooked handling it, it makes the process so much easier to deal with!
