Company Overview

TotalCare is a comprehensive residential property management firm dedicated to residential management, renovations, and emergency services for your property. We take care of your property so you can relax, taking the stress out of everyday management, routine maintenance, and home improvements from your life.

TotalCare service kicks off with an evaluation from your dedicated Account Manager who will carry out a complete review of your home's systems, along with the essential maintenance and repair needs for both inside and outside your home. During this initial review, we will have specific service providers visit your home to begin the estimation process. Soon after, your Account Manager will share the estimates, and we will work together to build your tailored Property Profile, that holds your selected maintenance and special project needs.

TotalCare's advanced tracking technology helps us track all work done at your home accurately for all the work performed at your residence. TotalCare will arrange the work outlined in your Property Profile and manage the projects to guarantee the work is done properly and on schedule.

Occasionally, you may face issues that need urgent attention. As a preferred client in our system, you can be assured of a rapid response from the appropriate service provider. Finally, we will take care of the billing for you. You will write one monthly check to TotalCare for all services completed by our team.

Started by Carolyn Wheeler and her sibling Walter, two prominent custom home builders in the region for over 25 years. Today, it is run by Lisa Harris and Ginny Bloomquist, who have overseen TotalCare's daily operations since 2013.
