Company Overview

TotalCare offers complete home management services dedicated to home upkeep, renovations, and urgent repairs for your property. We take care of your home so you can focus on what matters, eliminating the hassle of day-to-day management, continuous maintenance, and renovations from your responsibilities.

TotalCare service kicks off with an assessment by your Account Manager who will perform a thorough analysis of your home's systems, as well as all necessary interior and exterior maintenance and repair tasks. During this initial review, we will invite select service providers to your home to begin the estimation process. Shortly after, your Account Manager will share the estimates, and we will work together to build your Personal Property Profile, which includes all your chosen home and property maintenance tasks and special projects.

TotalCare's advanced tracking technology enables us to keep precise and current records for all the work performed at your residence. TotalCare will arrange the services you have approved in your Property Profile and manage the projects to guarantee the work is done properly and on schedule.

From time to time, you might encounter situations requiring emergency service. As a valued member of our network, you can count on a swift reply from the designated service provider. Lastly, we will even handle the payments for you. You will write one monthly check to TotalCare for all services completed by our team.

Established by Carolyn Wheeler along with her brother Walter, two prominent custom home builders in the region for over 25 years. Today, it is run by Lisa Harris and Ginny Bloomquist, who have been in charge of TotalCare's daily operations since 2013.
