After working with Total Trans4Mation for over 6 years they have never let me down. They have regularly provided service for several of our rental homes. They have done everything for us from new installs, annual servicing and servicing repair. I can always count on them because they are reliable, professional and responsive. I am also pleased with how accommodating they have been. Overall my experience with them has been great. I strongly recommend anyone looking for an honest HVAC vendor to give them a call.
I waited over the weekend for this company to come and fix the A/C for my $95 year old father because I was told that the cost of a ""diagnostic"" was $100 during the week, but $150 over the weekend. When the technician arrives, he looks at the unit, says he's not sure he can fix it, but will certainly try. He assures me that they are a good ""christian"" based company. He then informs me that the $100 is NOT for the diagnostic, but only to come out to the home. His price to work on the unit is $190 PER HOUR. I was charged $304 (extra for use of my credit card) and the technician left the unit UNFIXED. When I called about the $100 diagnostic price I was quoted, the lady who answered the phone laughed and said that she doesn't know why they say that. IF YOU HAVE AN EXTRA $304 TO THROW AWAY, CALL THIS ""CHRISTIAN"" COMPANY!
It has taken a week just to order and replace a blower motor. It was promised to be in on a Tuesday, but did not and repair was not scheduled until Friday. That's a whole week without AC.
The technician has been very nice, but has been several hours late twice - not arriving until well after 5.
Their scheduling is terrible and their technicians are either overworked, overbooked or there is a major lack of communication.
Very unprofessional.
Lew M.Jimmie did an excellent job for us and the firm has done great work for us in the past! They are ethical and fair, and don't seem to charge for things that are not needed. I can highly recommend them!
Jimmy was very helpful and did a great job cleaning and servicing our AC units. He fixed a minor issue without charging us since the manufacturer wouldn't cover the repair. I always feel like they try to treat their customers fairly. They are always prompt and professional.
Trustworthy. Punctual. Friendly. Knowledgeable. These are just a few words that describe my first experience with Total Trans4mation. They came at the recommendation of a good friend of mine and I'm very glad that I worked with them. The office staff followed up with me throughout all aspects of the project, even calling me after hours once, just to make sure they followed through on a promise that I would get a response back that day. The management team and technicians really know their stuff. But the true test of any company and the point at which you see their true colors becomes evident when, like life sometimes, things don't go exactly as planned once the project begins. This happened with us and Total Trans4mation communicated like pros, letting us know what our options were as we progressed. They not only made it right, they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied, including treating my wife and I to a meal at a local restaurant. It's the little personal things that go a long way and that leave a lasting impression. You won't be disappointed working with Total Trans4mation.
Andy T.My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting the whole team when they installed our heat pumps recently. I was not only impressed with how they treated us as customers, but also how they treated each other. They were all very positive and helpful to each other and that really impressed me. They were excited about the equipment they were installing and I could tell they were very passionate about doing the job right. It is so refreshing to have 100% trust in a contractor to do the right job. I got into a great conversation with the owner. It is clear to me that he treats his employees right and people are very happy to work for him. Happy employees deliver excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Total Trans4mation to any of my friends who are looking for a quality contractor to handle their HVAC needs. They are the real deal. Thanks again!!
Shawn S.Trustworthy is the one word that comes to mind when describing this business, specifically my technician named Adam. I contacted Totaltrans4mation because my HVAC was not cooling. Adam came to my house and was able to diagnose the problem within an hour. I was provided an estimate of the repair costs as well as other options to include a system replacement due to the conditioge of my HVAC system. At no point was I ever pressured toward any one option and was even encouraged to seek a second opinion before making a decision.
I am an extremely cautious person by nature and I do not trust folks very easily. However, I am very glad I was introduced to Totaltrans4mation because I trust them completely. Adam was courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service in which he succeeded. If you ever experience problems with your heating and air conditioning system, you'll be doing yourself a disservice if you do not at least contact this organization for a second opinion.
My A/C system engineered & designed to meet a ""Green Home Standard"" and installed in my custom home over 4 years ago. I was having slow cooling in it's 5th year. It turned out to be a dirty & frozen coil that was reducing air flow to the home. I guess I looked really really rich because:
Total Trans4mation wanted sell me a new system and redesign the entire homes duct work. See below!
Problem with 2 stage zoning system 4 year old unit.
Diagnosis: 3.5 ton package heat pump w/10kw on a 2-zone application installed for roughly 2800 square foot home. Unit and
ductwork are significantly undersized for home. Zone system has not been installed nor designed correctly. 12"" bypass is
not installed correctly and is only 2' in length allowing for direct recirculation of conditioned air back into system creating very
poor efficiency and performance. Zoning actuators and damper arms are heavily rusted for both zones and are causing
dampers to erratically stick not allowing for adequate airflow.
Recommendations: Load calculation needs to b be run for home to determine proper sizing for system. Zone system will
need to be designed to new system and duct sizing for proper operation and adequate airflow. Any minor repairs to existing
application cannot be warrantied through Total Trans4mation.
Estimate: none given at this time
Work Performed: Diagnostic service.
What's Next: Customer is selling home and just wants current issue with improper airflow resolved at this time. Not
interested in load calculation at this time and is not interested in replacing and resizing ductwork and equipment.

Marty E.After having several personally recommended handymen take 5 minutes to examine my broken furnace only to proclaim I needed a new unit I took to the I internet to find an actual hvac technician. I came across these guys and after looking at their reviews they seemed like what I was looking for. The owner came out and thoroughly examined my furnace, narrowed down the problem and then gave me my options. After a thorough explanation in laymens terms I decided I would be better off with replacing. The install looks great and came with a solid warranty. These guys lived up to their online reviews and I can't say enough positive things about the owner Ryan. Superb guy to deal with. Will definitely recommend them.
