Today I called Total Temperature Control as my previous long term vendor had been out 4 times but did not fix the issue at hand. Although, I was initially told that they had no air conditioning appointments for today (middle of a 90 plus degree stretch of weather), the woman that answered the phone told me she would get back to me with an appointment. Therefore, I was pleasantly surprised when she called back and indicated a technician was on his way. John-Anthony could not have been more knowledgeable, thorough, or polite. He clearly knew what he was doing, and answered all of my questions so that I could understand it fully. I thought the price was reasonable for the service they provided. I would not hesitate to recommend them for HVAC service. As of now, looks that they found and solved the problem

We have a natural gas, forced hot water heating system that had corrosion on the return plumbing and was leaking water. JJ and Kyle from Total Temperature Control inspected the system and put us on the phone with John the owner. John explained the plumbing work that needed as well as pointing out that the furnace itself was approximately 50 years old. Although a new unit would be considerably more efficient, the furnace it was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. John also pointed out the required plumbing work would not need to be redone when the furnace is replaced in the future.

JJ and Kyle returned a couple days later and completed the work in one day. Their work was high quality, they were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Stay far away from these scammers!
charged me over 700.00 for a quote for work!!!
stating that ""travel time"" was the reason it was so high.
one way travel is 27 miles. fuel charge of 20.00 on top of the almost 800.00 total.

It was a bait and switch that was done at the time of the job. The water issue and leak were both contained before any tech or building maintenance entered that condo unit. YES - the quote was sent by email and accepted. The tech then decided to add to the original quote thus billing an extra $1,000 or so. If you total the cost of the equipment with the cost of the labor it is far above the industry standard. There are many older residents in this building and they will be made aware of these deceptive practices used by Total Temperature Control of Wakefield, MA. There will be additional reviews of this coming soon across the platforms.

Great Service! We used Total Temperature Control to install our hot water tank in our house and couldn't be happier with the service that they provided us. Their technician was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem quickly. This required us to get a new tank. Installation was great and went smoothly and we've had no further issues since!

We are so happy with the service that we received and we can't thank them enough!

TTC gets a minus zero rating for my satisfaction of their work. Still have the issue they were fitting the only thing I got was a bill of close to $400 and a headache. Do not call them

ECELLENT SERVICE AND AN EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN

Called TTC at the request of our building management firm. Booking was painless and booking staff very professional

Matt the technician arrived on time and respectfully asked where to place his shoes and tools. Total time to initiate and setup the HVAC system for seasonal usage, about 70"". MATT explained what he was doing and never ever once did I hear the usual tech BS about how old my system is and I should consider replacing the system.

Matt was polite, respectful and instructive.

I will use this company again in the future.

It was the worst customer service i ever had. She had No respect and also screamed during the phone call with me this morning. I can understand everything that representative talked via the phone. But she can't understand anything i said. And no patient at all. I just try to get a quote. No more continued service with this company.

By the way, they charge 160 just for an indoor water heater diagnose, and 125 for every more hours followed.

We just installed a Lochinvar 150 tankless and we love it!

I did a lot of research and contacted a lot of plumbing companies and compared lots of quotes.

We decided on Total Temperature Control out of Wakefield. They have trained Lochinvar installers and are a decent sized company. Very professional and knowledgable.

They send a crew of 4-5 people and can get the work done in two days. The electrician on the crew (Paul) was really good and also very knowledgeable on the tankless systems.

The hot water is great... might take a few extra seconds to be delivered but then it never gets cold... (we are in a two level condo). We had a ""combi"" unit installed and TTC connected it well to our heating and cooling system.

We are really happy we went with Total Temperature Control.
