I wish I could give 0 stars. Don't hire this place, call R Buck or anyone else.

My AC unit stopped working, Total Service came well recommended. I called to make an appointment. The women who took my info sounded very busy during that call. I was told I was on the next days ""list"" and to please be home ""all day"".
The heat in the house has me up at 6am, so I make some breakfast for the kids and start waiting to hear from Total Service.
And I wait.
And I wait.
I hear nothing from Total Service. at 3:00pm I call and again talk to the same grumpy women who assured me ""I am on the list for today"" though her tone told me I was never going to see a tech.
4pm comes and goes. Then 5pm.
At 5:15 I call and get voice mail.
I spent 9 hours waiting on them and they can't bother with a phone call.

They stood me the FK UP!
it's 85 degrees in my living room.
We have a hotel booked for the night.
The hotel wasn't cheap.

Called R Buck at 6pm tonight, they had a tech here at 7:30pm who was able to diagnose my problem and will be back with parts tomorrow.

Top quality work. Never disappointed in the many furnace, A/C, and electric work done on the house. Had a outside water spigot replaced and it failed within a year. No warranty no discount.

My appointment with Total Service was for a routine, annual furnace check. The morning of my appt., my furnace decided to malfunction and stop heating, so a check became a repair. Eric and Benny arrived, started diagnosing the problem, and spent over 2 hours trying to find the problem and solution. This was a wacky problem that didn't make sense for a geothermal heat pump sensor, but once the solution was discovered, it was an easy fix. The guys stuck to it for over 2 hours and made sure everything was working properly. I have a working system again! And the invoice made me doubly happy. I have a new HVAC company!

If you can find anywhere else to go to get work done I'd highly suggest it! Not only did they break equipment that they installed and didn't repair it nor replace it but took over an hour to go ten minutes to get a part that they had on their truck all along! If I could give a zero rating I would just do yourself a favor find someone else to do the work.

Absolute garbage. I called to schedule an appointment and got it booked. Pat, the guy I spoke with, said he would be out to look at the unit. The day of the appointment I call to confirm the appointment to make sure I am here and ready. I get told that he will not be able to make it out and I should find someone else. Do not walk away from this poorly ran business, RUN!
