Total Plumbing Solutions and especially their technicians Charlie and Tommy are unbeatable! Our Single-Story Cinderblock Home was built in Dec 2010. During a lawn cutting someone hit our rear outside water spigot. We had a very slow leak flowing out under the spigot. We wanted it repaired reasonably soon but more importantly wanted to receive several estimates since we would be paying out-of-pocket having an insurance deductible of $1,000. Along with outstanding reviews on Angie's List and Facebook their estimate was much lower than any other company. The company responded quickly, on-time and went right to work. Charlie and Tommy were both totally professional, pleasant and clearly are expert plumbers! They diagnosed the problems quickly and made the repairs in record-time. We can absolutely recommend Total Plumbing Solutions and these two wonderful professionals without reservation and will use them for all our future plumbing needs!

Showed up at 4 pm when was told first thing in the morning. Then guy snaked line for 10 minutes and was told the line.must be collapsed and additional $400 to video to see where it's collapsed. At this point after a few accusations from the tech as to why it was collapsed and all were not correct was charged $ 189.00 for a ten minute service call with 0 improvement. Will go with another company to replace the line and of not BS us. This whole experience was a joke.

The technicians came on time, found and fixed the issue quickly, helped to identify some other minor issues that were required our attention, and suggested an easy and quick solution. This is the second time we have used TPS and both times were excellent. Vicki has been super helpful both times and the technicians have been knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Most recently we had a leaking faucet that I attempted to repair myself, but when the water shut off valve began leaking also, I knew it required professional attention. Vicki dispatched Grant and he was fantastic. We had a complete bathroom renovation 15 years ago and some of the plumbing had been Macgyvered and presented some challenges, but Grant was thorough and honest, and offered a low-cost band-aid solution, but suggested we consider a long-term fix that meant ordering some new faucets. He said he would be happy to quote the faucets or just install them if I wanted to buy them myself. I ordered the identical faucets in the 2022 model and scheduled Grant to come back the day after we received them. He was scheduled to come at 8:00 and he texted at 7:45 to say he was enroute. He arrived shortly and since we were doing one of the sinks we elected to go ahead and do both at the same time out of an abundance of caution. Grant had the old faucet sets out, the traps cleaned out, new drain stoppers installed, both faucets, and all four faucet handles installed in less than three hours. Other than the paperwork that came with the new faucets you would have never known he was there. He left everything neat and tidy just like he found it. WOW! I wish all our home repairs were that easy and painless. Thanks Grant and Vicki. I hope I won't have to call again for a long while, but I will when we need you for sure!
