I have called these guys for everything from a clogged toilet to re-running a water line from the street, and I literally cannot recommend this company enough.

If you give them a call, they're there within a couple of hours to fix pretty much any plumbing issue you can think of, leaking shower, toilet plumbing, clogged drains, and even re-running plumbing for a washer dryer.

They're also excellent for bigger projects and projects that require permits - they replaced an entire line in from the street, had to rip up and replace the sidewalk, and dealt with the permits and the inspections like absolute professionals.

I haven't seen the work yet, but this was a fix needed in a rental property. The toilet had a hairline crack causing it to leak and needed immediate replacement so the tenant could have a functioning toilet. We were able to talk to Total Plumbing and get them booked to resolve the issue, they did that in a 24hr turn around. Thanks so much for your speedy help! The automated scheduling reminders helped me communicate to the tenant when to be there!

We had Total Plumbing come out at to our place earlier this week to install a new sewer line for our rv dump and new restroom that we are building for our pool house. He was very reasonable on his price and his work was excellent! It took a couple days to complete and the work area was cleaned up everyday after they finished. We had Total Plumbing come out and take a look at our house. We could not figure out how/where the leak was coming from. They evaluated our whole house, not just the area of the leak and found everything! He even showed us on the moisture device so we could better understand. I highly recommend this company. They are thorough, kind, communicative, and fair!

Billy is the only person we will call for our plumbing needs as long as we live in the Bay Area! He's professional, fast, respectful, and stands behind his work. So far we've worked with him and his team on two projects. His team is extremely responsive and his ETA and assessments are accurate and reasonable! We will forever rely on Billy for any questions or problems around our sewage pump, pipe, water pressure, and toilet needs. If in doubt, go with Billy! Billy and his team really came through for our family during an emergency. The main water line to our house ruptured in between heavy rainstorms. Billy quickly assessed the problem and worked with us to develop a solution that allowed us to stay in the house. At the earliest opportunity he and his team replaced the line (not easy on our steep slope), and ensured that that all permits were in place before the trench was filled. After the project was complete, we had a couple of follow up questions, and Billy was incredibly responsive each time. Although under these emergency circumstances I was less concerned about the cost of the work, nevertheless the price of this extensive project was comparable to other quotes I received. I could not be happier with the timely, high-quality work performed by Total Plumbing Services.

It was late on a weeknight, showers had been in use by my sons (as in these boys are the reason for droughts). The drains were all backing up. Of course this never happens at a convenient time and perhaps one member of our family went to a hotel nearby to use the bathroom. I digress. Suffice it to say, we were desperate. My former go-to plumber is super popular (another yelp review of mine and why I selfishly question doing yelp reviews on good people). I lined up a next day appt with a national company (with crap reviews). As some may know you can request services/bids through yelp and after not being able to reach a different company I decided to go this route. The cool thing is, you get bids from several companies. I immediately got a response from William, the owner. He was very kind, apologetic that he couldn't come that night, but willing to come early the next morning. Within minutes we had the details worked out. He showed up on time as promised, was very nice, quickly fixed the issue, and was affordable for showing up before most people wake up. I will definitely use this company again.

We discovered a leak in our sewer pipe on Saturday, the day before a Mother's day gathering planned at our home. Total Plumbing was the only company out of all we contacted who would come out. Even though Yelp said they were closed they had a technician here within an hour! They were able to fix our problem in a very short amount of time. They were friendly, fast and reasonably priced. If you are contemplating which plumbing company to call for help, GO WITH TOTAL!! The roots of the trees in front of our house was invading and clogging our sewage pipe for a couple days. We called in the morning, they came for the estimate in a couple hours, and service was completed the afternoon of the same day. Billy was genuine with his services, very professional and knowledgeable while being very friendly. Pricing was reasonable and I appreciate how the company keeps the cleaning process transparent to us and gave us advice on general maintenance.
