He spent a lot of time trying to thoroughly understand the leak detection problem (a generally hard problem), diagnose it, and then confirmed that everything was in order and didn't charge a penny. In addition, he investigated a faint smell of gas at the dryer, fixed it, and didn't charge for that either. This happened in this day and age.

We had a great experience with Total Plumbing on both the solution to our storm drain issue and on excellent customer service.

We had 3 plumbers out to look at a storm drain which backed up during the heavy rains. Only Carlos from Total had the smartest and most effective approach to solve the problem. Billy was also very helpful in the process of optimization and provided great service.

Their service and responsiveness was top notch, including on the weekend.

I asked for an estimate on repairs for my sewer line as another company had estimated two repairs total close to $10,000.
William, the business owner, also the one on the appointment and communication end, was very responsive. Carlos came to the appointment.
He performed the video viewing of the line. He listen to the water flushing coming from inside the house. He saw root invasion of the sewer line near the clean out area.
As I had already had anther company that did snaking and video inspection, Carlos thought it was an incomplete job they did. He pulled out about 10"" roots! Their company will make sure the roots were cleared after the snaking.
He did not think I need the repairs that were suggested, I only need to do regular maintenance every 1-2 year with video viewing and snaking. They will monitor the roots invasion.
I appreciate that he waived the camera viewing fee as he was delayed by the previous job.
Their fees tend to be lower, with family business and lowered overhead.
Carlos' recommendation is a big relief for me.

Our four year old flushed a hair comb down the toilet on Saturday night. I wanted to get the resulting clog taken care of ASAP and reached out to numerous companies. William responded within the hour and booked us for the following afternoon, on a Sunday no less!

Not only did William manage to fix the clog quickly, he patiently explained the steps he took and the tools he used to save us money down the line when this all but inevitably happens again (because 4 year olds...). He genuinely wanted us to feel confident fixing or at least attempting to fix the issues that we reasonably can. I so appreciate this because as a homeowner, you want to have a set of basic skills to help in a pinch.

Fantastic service from this plumbing company. They managed to pull a root from my drain pipe. The root caused a ton of flooding in my backyard. I had my drains service a year ago from a different company and they did not find this incredibly huge root.
There team worked on this problem while I had a run to an appt when I return they were fight with the nasty root. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend and I will use again.

Carlos arrived on time and was great. He is clearly a very experienced and skilled craftsman. He explained everything he was doing and worked diligently to get the problem solved. Unfortunately, my drain will require repairing a root-infested pipe which is a more involved operation. Based on this first experience, I would gladly have them return to complete the more extensive repair.

All I can say, is very impressive. William, the owner, arrived promptly before the promised window. He took care of the problem in less than an hour. He quoted a price and did not go above it. He provided above and beyond service doing extra work to explain where the problem was. Definitely definitely definitely a reliable plumber to go back to.
