I own a rental house in Calera. Received an email from our property management company that we had a water leak in our yard, and the plumber they contacted said it was leaking in four places and needed to be replaced asap or the city would shut off the water and fine us. He also quoted $2100 for this repair. That didn't make sense. How does an underground pipe break in four places? We contacted John for a second quote. He was out there within a few hours, found the one leak, was able to replace the pipe immediately, and only charged us $425. We'll be using Total Plumbing Services again. Thanks!

Accessibility: called after 4:30p, left a message, and they called right back in less than 10 mins., and if it's an emergency, he can arrive same day Timelines: we agreed on 8a and he arrived 3 mins early...like a professional Friendliness: courteous, down to earth, articulates issue w/out confusion or trickery, very honest Pricing: very reasonable...I used to own a 1926 bungalow so I know home services pricing, and this is a fair company Overall: great company and quality service...thanks John!

Bought the parts got into it and couldn't complete the job. Called my normal plumbing company and they were too busy to come out. Called a half dozen other places. Called John, on his voicemail he gave his cell number and said text him for a quick response. He texted me back with an approximate appointment time within 20 mins. Far quicker than any of the other companies I called. He responded first and could be here today within a few hrs of contact so he got the job. Flat rate for service commensurate with rates I've paid in the past. Nice guy. Finished quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for a plumbing need in the future.
