I made an appointment for Thursday, December 28, 2023. I was guaranteed that someone would be out between 12 pm and 5 pm. Around 3 pm no one had called so I called Total Plumbing. I was told that the technician was running behind and would be there by 5 pm. 5 minutes later I get a phone call that the technician could not make it and I would have to reschedule. I wasted a whole day waiting. The good thing is I found 2 other companies that came out and quoted me a fair price for a leak behind my bathroom wall. Going forward, I will give them my business and NEVER recommend Total Plumbing to anyone.

Total was one of 3 companies to bid on a pretty big job connecting new water service from meter to home - about 1700 feet. Their quote was in the middle, but my experience with them has been so positive in the past, that I opted for the TRUST factor. That job morphed into a couple of additional jobs and they exceeded my expectations. I am 3/4 of the way through and I have no regrets.

I needed two water heaters but quick!! I called Total Plumbing and not only to they come over quickly to replace water heaters but the techs were so professional and neat. I have used Total Plumbing before and always give me 5 star work!!!.

I have used this company twice. They are timely and when they came inside, fairly clean. The estimate over the phone was a bit lower than what I was charged on site even though the services were not changed from the phone call conversation to the actual visit. Other than that discrepancy, we were happy with the service.

The valves going to my washer were frozen open so I had no way to turn off the water so I could get a new machine. I called 2 other plumbers who quoted me hundreds of dollars and said they'd have to tear open my wall and replace the whole box. As a last ditch effort I called Total Plumbing and they guy told me all I needed was the valves unscrewed and new ones screwed back on. He came out and did that for next to nothing plus showed me how to do it myself net time so I can save that much more money. I will never call anyone other than Total Plumbing when I need work done in the future.

We had a terrible smell in the two downstairs bathrooms and was at my wits end. I was unsure what the source was. I called Total Plumbing since they had done good work replacing the main water line earlier this year. They fit me into the schedule the next day. The plumber called 30 minutes ahead and showed up right on time with an assistant. They did a smoke test to try to find the source. There were no leaks detected, but they didn't give up. These young men continued to look for the source of the odor. They investigated thoroughly and located and removed a dead squirrel from an exhaust vent. I am so happy that I called Total Plumbing!
