If I could give lower than 1 star I would. They came out to give us a quote to replace the main water line running into our house. He said he didn't believe our issues (dirty looking water with pieces of rust in it) were from the water lines in the house but instead if the main line was galvanized steel. He said the only way to see was to dig it up and asked if I wanted him to do that to check what kind of line it was. After digging a hole about 2 feet deep he found the pipe along with other issues and THEN told us there was a $90 """"diagnostic fee"""" for digging the hole. Nothing was ever mentioned about a fee for giving an estimate or any other kind of fee before hand. Afterwards he still wouldn't even give us an quote other than how much the tractor would cost. Needless to say I'll find someone a little more upfront about their fees. After having the main line replaced by another plumber we discovered his beliefs about how our water lines were set up were not accurate and there actually was a main line where he said there wasn't. Just had to dig a little deeper but I guess that would've cost me more.
