Toby N.I feel as though $110.00 service call on top of a $28 diagnostic charge is a bit extreme to clean a simple flame igniter. Only reason why I chose Total Plumbing and Heating LTD was because they are the ones who put in my furnace and air conditioner and figured that if a part was needed, they would cover under warranty but soon learned that its cheaper to call on another HVAC company and pay for the part if needed because other service calls are cheaper with NO diagnostic charge to learn that it was just a simple flame igniter that the Technician figured out on his own. A simple emery cloth wipe down and it was good to go but cost me $138 for a 15-30 minute visit.
Linda I.they installed a new furnace and air conditioning units several years ago. Turned out air conditioner wasn't large enough for the way our house is situated in regards to the sun. After talking to the owner, he came out and agreed with us and upgraded the air conditioner to a 21/2 ton at no extra cost. Fantastic. We just had Jeremy, one of their plumbers stop out to replace a shower cartridge my son tried to replace that had a large iron buildup. It took Jeremy 10 minutes to replace it. There was an issue that one of the parts was loose, but after contacting Total Plumbing they returned right awaya nd fixed it. Shower works like new. I would totally recommend Total to anyone who needs a plumber as well as AVAC services
