Terrible service. Charged $340 for wax ring on a toilet, and left a huge mess of caulk and grease all over my bathroom, not to mention a worse leak coming from a tank bolt. He didn't reply to texts, as well.

Now I have to have another plumber come out to do a tank kit replacement for $300 more.

Total plumbing heating and drain cleaning-Wallington , NJ. I recently purchased a home and had several plumbing issues that had to be repaired. I called 201 804-0001, explained what was needed, and was given an appointment. The plumbers arrived , as scheduled , and were wearing protective masks due to covid protocol. Michael installed a new hot water heater, and removed the old one. He was polite, professional, did a great job, and cleaned up thoroughly. Scotty also arrived on time , was professional, and replaced two faucets expertly. I would highly recommend this company for all plumbing, heating, and, drain cleaning services.

They came out for an oil to gas boiler conversion estimate. After looking at my system they noted a couple of options and that they would provide written estimates for each. Unfortunately this never came. I even followed up and still haven't received anything over a month later.

Nice enough guy, just wouldn't expect any service.

My hot water heater broke this morning. I had no hot water and there was water leaking out of the top of it. I called a local plumbing company who was recommended to me by a friend and they gave me an outrageous estimate for a replacement. I then called Total Plumbing and asked them for a price quote. I gave them the model number and serial number for my water heater and they gave me an estimate that was almost half of what the previous company wanted to charge me. They even said that they could have someone out to replace it within 2 hours.

Their truck showed up an hour later and two hours after that, I had a brand new hot water heater fully installed. The plumber that they sent over was very friendly. He worked quickly and very cleanly. No mess anywhere.

I would definitely recommend this company if you need any plumbing or heating services or repairs.
