I called outside of the business hours and left a voicemail with a request for a service visit, and provided the system model and the error code on display. They called back very quickly. The person who called me back had poor communication skills. The technician came unprepared despite the information about error code and did not have a simple replacement parts. Unreasonably high rates. Company uses questionable business practices to jack up the prices, increase the number of visits to increase their profits without providing value despite charging more than other similar businesses. I will not use them ever again and do not recommend them to anyone else.

I had these guys come fix my pipes during the cold snap. They came quickly to my home which was about a half hour away and help me get my house back on track. I am very glad I found these guys

I had the heat done at my house in Guilford. The work was terrible. He didn't pull the permit until the day the inspector showed and we barely passed inspection. Not to mention the owner chris balcerzak was texting my wife inappropriately saying he was going take her out to dinner on his motorcycle which he just put $5000 bars on because I seen the text. How he was gonna take her far far away. When I approached him about it he called the police, can you believe that he was texting my wife things that he shouldn't be texting her and when approached about it he pretends like he did no wrong. Needless to say he has done nothing good but ruin my marriage and caused a whole bunch of marital problems. Still have problems with the heat because he would only work on it in a rush when I wasn't home. So people for a cheap price on heat just know that you get what you pay for, I highly recommend using another company out there that wont give you these problems.
