We had them run a water line from the kitchen sink to a new refrigerator in a small apartment. Both men were courteous and helpful. They were quoting flex their schedule at a short notice. Work was completed just fine. It seemed rather pricey at $900 but it did take some time.

Juan quickly identified the source of the hot water leak and repaired it. Considering that he had to crawl some distance under our manufactured home to find the source of the leak, the price was more than fair. I called at about 8:00 AM and Juan was leaving with the job completed by 2:30 PM. Next time I have a plumbing situation, I know who to call..

We had a pipe break behind our sink and needed immediate help. They showed up within an hour and had it fixed before the afternoon was out. He did a completely professional job and the price was very good. I tell you enough how wonderful this group was.

Jose has no clue what he's doing. Tried to charge me $300 to dig up a couple scoops of wet dirt. Ended up doing it myself while he stood there and watched. Don't even want to imagine what he could've charged me for a new PVC pipe. This guy is clueless and I'm sure he loves to scam anyone he finds to be as naive as himself. Do yourself a favor and find someone who actually wants to help you.

We had a water leak? Called Jose and he rearranged things so he could see us the next morning. He immediately found the problem. The construction plumber had skimped when installing fire sprinkler line and used galvanized instead of copper. The leak was where the main supply, irrigation line, and the fire sprinkler lines connected - I.e. tight quarters. From start to finish, about 6 hours (including having to go back to his office for copper fixtures and related equipment) - wow

we have found our new plumber!

Failure....pure and simple. I called this plumber for two leaks under my SLO property. My first very strong impression was that the person they sent out was a low paid laborer rather than a licensed plumber, although I can't prove it and dont' know to a certainty. His persona lacked confidence in my opinion. He made 3 or 4 remarks that sounded like pleading or complaining regarding difficulty and access to the plumbing. He stated that he couldn't go under the home, because there were pipes that blocked the access and that he was only 150 lbs. and it would be hard for even him to fit. Well I came down from the bay area to this SLO rental property of mine and I got under the house with no problem and I made the plumbing repair myself. If I hire a plumber costing around $130, I expect the person to be a professional with a license and ready to work and not pick and choose jobs because some are ""a little too hard"" or incovenient. If I wanted a company that only wanted easy money cleaning drains or something, I would just to home depot and by a $25 drain cleaning snake and do it myself. When you get a contractors license that legally excludes others without a license from performing the trade, you shouldn't be able to reject jobs ""willy nilly"" without good reason. without one from the trade. Terrible. I attached photos showing the pipe needing repaired that I ended up having to do, because they couldn't handle ""real plumbing"".

We appreciate total plumbing very much. They were able to come out shortly after calling and took care of our water heater replacement. Also got some great insight for proper maintenance. Jose was very helpful, friendly and professional along with doing an excellent job. Highly recommend.

We had a leak discovered by the water company. My bill went from 140.00 to 646.00! Need service fast. Contacted me within 5 minutes and had an appointment 2 hours later. Fidel checked everything inside the house and said it was fine. As I had expected, our drip sprinkler system was broken and he checked the entire system. Found the leak and fixed it. Going to have water company come out to check to make sure that is the problem. Expensive but it worked. Thank you for your quick response!

They responded first. I called because I found out from the water company that we had a possible leak. Bill was 6 times more expensive than the last bill. They could respond in about 3 hours so went with them.
Our sprinkler system would not shut off so he plugged it off and the meter quit running.
Hoping that is the only leak we have. It was not cheap but plumbing problems never are.
