We called Total Plumbing to investigate a water leak that had affected our kitchen flooring. The technician arrived at the appointment time and was very courteous. He looked at multiple possible sources and gave us sound advice on how to proceed. When we are ready for ""stage 2"" we will definitely call Total Plumbing. When they say free estimates they mean it!!

do not call if you need a plumber to show up..
i called last week and spoke to billy (owner) and said he wouldn't be able to come out until tuesday 12/21/21 @8:30am, i waited, called, texted..
the sad thing is i have a major water leak coming from my 2nd floor..
don't waste your time waiting..
i wish i didn't to even have to give him 1-star...

These guys were amazing - they showed up right on time (even called 5 mins before, so that I'd be ready) - took their shoes off before entering, and were incredibly quick, professional, and clean. Also very pleasant to talk to. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
