TMS plumber, Matt, came to check out a possible leak at the hose of the base of the toilet. After his inspection, it was determined that it was only condensation from a cold water well source. Matt also inspected three other plumbing systems to determine the if they were installed properly. Matt was very professional and personable. He did not recommend any unnecessary repairs and only charged for the service call. He went above and beyond.
An honest and reliable plumber, I highly recommend him.

I've waited a year to write this review just so I could approach it calmly. This company is terrible. DO NOT USE! I called them last winter when my heat stopped working. They sent someone out the next day and over the course of four hours, I was told I needed a new pump, a new oil tank or just a brand new system. The price tag associated with each ""solution"" was comically large and none ended up being necessary. After the rep left, I solved the problem, thanks to a friend's advice to change an 8 dollar cad cell eye.

Total Bs Systems more like it, wanted to charge 600$ for a thermostat to be installed, that's it. Just the thermostat, national average is up to $300 but that's including the thermostat. Then after saying no they decide they need to take on an additional $100 fee due to a ""repair"" they didn't even repair. Then give us the excuse they ""drove an hour here"" and for ""three hours of labor if you include driving and blah blah"" yeah no. If you take a job that's far don't expect people to pay because you took a job an hour away. We specifically asked over the phone what the fee was and if there would be any other fees and were told no over the phone. The guy said the fee was because he ""touched"" the wires, yeah no that's why you came out to inspect everything. They were lucky my boyfriend was nice and tried to one over on him but too bad for them I was home from work. Do Not go with these people, they are nice but will try and overcharge the hell out of you! I spoke to the lady on the phone and she ""couldn't tell me what they ""repaired"""" Do yourself a favor and don't even give them your time of day, all they will do is try and take your money. Absolutely ridiculous. Then proceed to put us on a ""Do not service list"" because we are ""not a good fit"" because we called you out. Sorry, but don't try and screw people over!

I decided not to do business with TMS because of the ridiculous quote given. They wanted $13,000 to remove my bathtub/shower combo and install a new one. That's $10,000 more than my other quotes...$10,000. The pitch was good sales is good at their job. Apparently I'm in the wrong business because people are paying this.

Search around before you call them and sit through the whole pitch.

The best company to deal with . They are very honest and do the job right . Greg was my mechanic . He did a wonderful job . He told me what Is wrong and fix it ASAP . The receptionist in the office was very nice and did her best to accommodate me . I will only call total mechanic next time I need anything else

Great Service. Judy was very helpful when scheduling my annual maintenance. The technician was on time and prepared with my filter size, that other companies always forgot. I have the peace of mind that my system will be working properly throughout the winter. Thank you Total Mechanical!
