Not a good experience. Told me they could perform leak detection on a sprinkler system but when showed up, they told me they don't do sprinklers.

As a licensed and bonded public insurance adjuster, I have had several customers who sustained water damage at their property yet did not know how it came to be. I've contacted Total Leak Detection on multiple occasions to diagnose the issue(s) and they have always found the problem and help mitigate against further damages. Highly recommend this company. If you have a leak in your home or business, they will find it.

This company is awesome ! Juan, there technician , came in , in a mask and explained everything to me. He was articulate, friendly and a pleasure. I highly recommend them for there customer service alone!!!!

Excellent service! Very quick to respond and there tech showed up the next day. Very Happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

I would have given a lower rating if allowed. Thought that I had a leak at my condo. They came out and inspected the condo and told me that there was a leak from the water heater, specifically the hot water line, and that the water pooled under the bathroom floor. Before I knew it they had a restoration representative on site telling me that they could provide me with a plumber and an insurance adjuster who could organize everything for me to get the leak fixed. I was told that I had the choice of paying them up front for the initial visit or make a claim from my insurance company for the initial cost and all other involved cost. The restoration personnel would remove the floor, dry the floor out and prevented mold from forming. When you hear mold it can send you into a panic. However, I felt uncomfortable because they kept asking me if I had insurance on the unit. It was too much. I felt pressured. I chose to pay up front and told them that I had my own plumber. I contacted my plumber who told me that they needed to highlight the exact area of the leak and not just a generalized area. Thank God that he understood what was happening. I called Total Leak again and communicated to them what my plumber told me. Long story short, a supervisor was sent out the next day. After an extensive investigation, it was concluded that that there was no leak from the water heater. The hot spot that I was shown as proof that water was under the bathroom floor was actually the lights reflecting on the bathroom marble floor!!!! I called the manager and expressed my concern. Two specialist and two different conclusions. I asked which should I go with and she told me the second because he was more experienced. Then she had the audacity to tell me that she charged me less than what was originally quoted. Mind you, I was told that the cost was between $150 to $349 depending on how involved the work was. On their first visit I paid $150. on the second visit, I paid another $150, so I guess I should have been grateful because I was not charged the maximum possible on a pay scale. I told her she had not done me any favors and that I only wanted accurate information. I did not attempt to bargain her price down at any point throughout this horrible ordeal. What the supervisor failed to realize was that, had I taken the original inspection, not only would there be an unwarranted claim on my insurance company for a bogus claim but they did shoddy and questionable work practice/diagnosis. The second technician told me that the moisture under the wood floor was the same throughout but not from a leak. I Later realized that the wood had expanded because the A/C unit was turned off. My floor is back to normal by just leaving the cool air on always. Beware when contracting this company. Everything is too neatly packaged and should send you running another way!!!! To add insult to injury, I had a restoration representative and an adjuster; affiliations of this company calling me for over two weeks later to find out if I had made a decision yet... very sad.

We found them online and called because we suspected a leak in one of our bathrooms. No matter how many times we cleaned around the shower mold kept coming back. They answered the phone right away and answered questions we had from our research. From that conversation we decided the best thing was to have them come and check out the shower pan, sink, and toilet in our hallway bathroom. The guys arrived at the time they said they would and immediately began inspecting the bathroom. Surely enough they discovered the shower pan had a leak and showed us how it was beginning to wet the baseboard next to the shower. Apparently they work closely with another plumbing company and gave us instructions on what are the next steps to take. We are now going to wait to see what the plumber discovers but as far as the leak detection they showed and explained to us where the leak was happening and provided some other tips for cleaning up the mold in the meantime. God-forbid we have another suspected leak, we will likely consider reaching out to them again.

These guys came out and found a pesky leak that was blowing up my water bill when others couldn't. It was under ground in front of my house. Others said that it was probably under the house and would need to break concrete to find it. Thankfully I decided on a 4th (yes 4th) opinion. Call them!

These guys were amazing! They found my leak after 4 others could not figure out where the water was coming from. Very professional. I would highly recommend Victor and his crew.

My kitchen sink was leaking and I called them and they came the next morning. Very thorough, very professional. Would definitely call them back for any issues I may have in the future.
