The company looked like they would be great, they were able to send somebody out immediately to look at my parents AC during a 100° heat wave. However, they were told that the AC was partially disassembled and that we needed a short heads up if they wanted us to put it back together. The repair woman showed up unexpectedly quickly, saw the blower fan housing was pulled out, and immediately left. Only a few minutes on site. It took 15 minutes after she was gone to finish putting it back together. The service manager wanted to charge us the service fee regardless so we refuse to work with this company going forward.

Feels like legalized extortion. Installation of the unit was fine, unit ran fine for the last 2 months of summer for the year it was installed. then the next year I noticed the A/C running almost 24/7 just to keep temperature. Their maintenance tech said that it was measuring low on coolant, but they would need to run a dye test (That we would have to pay for $$$)to confirm that there was a leak. After several months of back and forth phone calls with many different people in their chain of command they finally agreed to run the dye test. Turns out there was a leak, inside the evap coils on the interior of the unit. The Manufacturer (Lennox) would send out a replacement part but we would still have to pay for the labor and coolant $$$$. I am in no way happy with Lennox either. Total Comfort Solutions then tried multiple times to push their own Extended ""Warranty"", a warranty that my pregnant wife, soon to be born child, and I would have to wait 91 Days of summer heat without a/c until the coverage of the warranty begins. This has been the most egregious and frustrating experience I have ever had with a company. A company that does not care about customers or standing behind their products and services, just profits. I would never recommend this company for any service.

Terrible customer service. They installed a broken toilet that was patched underneath. After it leaked they didn't repair it correctly and refused to issue refund or take responsibility. They returned and wanted to charge me another $300 to replace half of toilet. Then Stan, the plumber, called and verbally abused me and told me to ""shut up"" for no reason. And they lied to the BBB. They did not try to make things right. Just retaliated.

Don't use this plumbing company unless you are prepared to pay $649.00 per hour. Horrible pricing.

Scheduled an appointment for a bid for tankless and live out of town. Had my local friend take time off from his business to let them in for an 8-9am appointment. Received a call at 8:25 that the estimater has been diverted to pick up supplies and has to check up on 2 other job sites ""might be an hour or so"" . If this is how they respect other persons time I can't imagine what else may happen if they get my business. I also got lectured for talking over her when I became frustrated that my friend wasted his time to help me out.

Do not use this company! They don't know what they are doing. They had to show up three times to hook up a 2' gas line to a stove..... and billed for every trip. Then came back to hook up a dishwasher and put a back flow devise in upside down and backwards. Flooded the kitchen and basement. Charged for the incompetent work, wanted to charge to fix it (fixed it myself in 2 minutes) and refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Giving this company a 'F' would still be a complement .

Jeremy did a great job of explaining everything, and the tech Jeremy did the work very well. I war told however I would get a new pad and that was not done, but still was charged for it. Which I'm not happy about but paid the bill in full. I didn't receive an itemized bill either

Total Comfort was hired to replace my water heater. They picked out the heater and installed it. It immediately leaked. After several visits to prevent the leak, they decided, without my permission, to install an expansion tank. This obtrusive tank, which I was billed, blocks access to a cupboard. All I ever wanted was what I had in the past, a simple working water heater. I spend a lot of money, time, and frustration over this simple request and never got one.

Jeremy did a great job helping us select, install and with the rebates on our Ductless Heat Pump. It comes with a 12 year parts warranty. We are thrilled with the personal customer service. Thanks for putting up with me.

A one star dud, Total Comfort Solutions. Had them come look at my furnace in January 2016. Tech came out and I explained to him what the problem was and how a different tech I spoke to in the morning suggested a maintenance package to cover any basic issues and to go from there if needed. He looked at the furnace and noted that it was old (it is), mentioned that the flame sensor was indeed dirty and blew into a drain hose, noting that it was backed up and that probably fixed the issue. He asked me to start the furnace so I increased the temp on the thermostat to call for heat. The system started and the ignition controller buzzed like I told the tech it would, but the system kicked right on and worked. I asked if he was going to do the rest of the maintenance, like cleaning the flame sensor (which he said was dirty!), and he said he would just charge a diagnostic fee because he felt that the blowing out of the hose and the buzzing (dirty contactor not making) in the ignition controller was the problem.
He did all this in about 10 minutes and then immediately suggested that I get a quote for a new furnace. Yes, I understand that my furnace is old. Yes, I do plan on replacing it this summer or next. The reason for my call this morning was not to be told my furnace is old (I already know that), or to be told that I should get a quote or sign up for a maintenance deal. I called because my old but still functioning furnace was having a problem. He never did the maintenance that the morning tech suggested and charged me a diagnostic fee for 5-10 minutes of blowing into a rubber hose and another 15-20 minutes of calling to schedule a quote and filling out paper work. When I asked him again about the maintenance, he said he could do it but that he believed that the buzzing ignition controller was the culprit and that it was just an old furnace and to get a quote for a new one. Tech was not interested in doing his job, only in scheduling a quote for a new system, over and over, kept saying how I need a quote. He also suggested I sign up for a yearly maintenance club over and over. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman.
