The service tech are great. One problem the company up charges parts at an alarming rate. The company charged me $379 for what should be a $75 stat at any store. The technician was even embarrassed because he told me it was around $200 and I reluctant said yes to that price. Then it was $379....that as close to stealing without actual stealing.

Long time customer. I have spent close to $3,000 over the last 3 years on repairs to electrical, heat/AC and generator. I called today to have them inspect the generator and they have dropped me as a client. They are stating I have two outstanding bills and they will no longer work with me. My records show that I always paid with my AMEX card after every visit. They are claiming I emailed a check and then stopped payment on it. This never happened. Donna left me a message saying they will not work with me due to me not paying my bills. They were not interested in receiving my receipts. Not sure what is going on, but I have paid ALL my due bills.

Call Dan Monday to get someone out for a new HVAC unit the gentleman told me he would be out Tuesday he called Tuesday and said he definitely be out Wednesday and that is the last time I heard of them very unprofessional not even a call back and now today is Friday and not even a call now I would recommend not using these guys as services

Called total air when I had been taken by Ocean Air who is not licensed as I found out later, Had been without air for weekend and was very hot....They were in my building when I asked if they can look at my unit and see what is going on since OCEAN AIR supposedly fixed my unit and charged me 300.00, Unit worked for 6 hours and could not get a hold of that company again. Total Air went up on roof and told me I needed a Schreader Core, which I told him that was what the other guy said from Ocean air. Also both company's had to add 8 lbs of r22 to the unit witch meant the unit was totally drained. I was happy to see they fixed it right.....WRONG, 6 hours later warm air coming out of vents. Called them back the next day and a new guy went up to look, Now he tells me I have a major leak in the accumulator....which must have been leaking all along with the Scherader. Total 535.00. No one offers my money back or is willing to take off of a new unit...Needless to say I am very disappointed in Total air, for not trying to help me out when He gave me an estimate for almost 5000.00 for a new unit....Nothing was said about the 535, had he offered to deduct that, I may have gone with them, but went and found a great company in flagler to put the very same unit and treat for salt water for 4100. Will write a review on them when they get finished.....Also they are doing the very day they gave the estimate. C Randall

Scheduled first appointment which I told them Ac was not working properly, but they scheduled a maintenance. First guy was great. Said it needs coils cleaned inside. He calls and schedule an appointment for me to have it cleaned. Next guy is rude and comes in and says oh, that takes three hours and you're only scheduled for one. Now I have lost two days of work. I still have no air conditioner. They want to schedule me another appointment for a three hour visit. I am a kidney transplant patient who works full-time and nobody can keep missing work like this. Communication is poor The actual manager who has been there forever, hung up the phone on me twice. He told me to go somewhere else. I would recommend everybody does so. Customer service in America isn't what it used to be.

Purchased a new A/c Gas pack and problems from first day. Two service techcs came to install They hung around for a couple of hours waiting for a part. Finaly, they went to get it, a 50=amh circut breaker. Installed in 5 minutes and they left. Next morning the A/C is not working. Tech comkes and say it is the thermostat. New one installed $244. Same one on Amazon $60 to $80. Kind enough not to charge me for a service call.. I got the salesman to drop the $244. I asked the salesman, installer ans woman in the office for a copy of theservice maual and warrantee. No results but I did find the manual online. Install is inspected and faills because gas line is not secure. Call office and I am told that Iwlould have to get someone because they cannot install naturel gas, only LP. Also told that I wuld have to pay. Ialked to saleman and he covered the $192.00 bill. I just talked to salesman and he is going to see that it gets reinspected. Whole experience has been a nightmare. Never would recommend this compay from the insltalllers, tech, salesman and officek staff. I felt that I was mislead in some areas and if I hadn't been on the saleman's case, things would not have been done for a long time. Stay away.

We had occasion to call Total Comfort to straighten out an electrical problem and also to purchase and install a garbage disposal. Their office staff is friendly and helpful and the technicians they sent out were professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and reasonable. We would not hesitate to call them again for any additional work.

This is a great company that covers every thing for your home. I have used them for all of there services including electrical, gas, plumbing and AC. I have even used them for there duct cleaning service recently. For Electrical I ask for only John Steel. He is a great person who really knows his stuff. He recently had to spend the entire day at my house correcting things that my builders Electrician did that I was having problems with. I wish I would have used them exclusively when I built since most of my problems have been correcting what the previous A/C Company, Electrical Company and Plumbing Company. It is also great when you need to mix specialist. I have needed this a few times and it can all be coordinated at one location. My next project will have plumbing out at 9am to install and isolator kit on my tank less hot water heater that should have been done when it was installed. The tank less specialist will be out the same day after they are done to service and de-scale it. I even had one project that needed Electrical, Plumbing and Gas all at the same time.

I purchased a home in 2015 and they tried to back bill me for the gas left in the tank. I had to get the seller get his paid bill and after 6 months I thought they stopped harrassing me. Today 44 months later i just received a new bill. Need BBB to step in now

My neighbor is not happy with the work and the way she was treated and talked to. They took advantage of her kindness.
